Think you can guess someone’s weight just by looking at them? 🤔

We put it to the test at the Markville Women’s Gym... and let’s just say the results were eye-opening. 👀

Meet our assistant! Do you coach bird dog with a dowel as constraint?

When your client focuses on using core stability to keep the dowel balance on their back, this external constraint is more powerful than any verbal cues we can say.

Our DTS Level 1 students experienced first hand how unexpectedly challenging this can be.

Filmed at DTS Level 1 April 24-26, 2026 in Thornhill.

We're coming back to Thornhill on June 25-27, 2026 for a newly added course! See you in class!

Congratulations DTS Level 1 class of April 2026!

Your dedication to growth will take you far. We cannot wait to hear how you and your coaching are helping your clients to pain-free living!

Our next DTS Level 1 Live will be June 11-13 in Edmonton. See you soon!

The problem with the camera being behind you is you have no idea what kind of shenanigans go on.

No idea where she learned this! 😂
