Happy Saturday!

Not much of a market update! Rates staying relatively flat, and with the new Fed Chair, it’s not looking like much of a chance of any significant rate cuts this year, so if you’re thinking about purchasing a home this year let’s discuss your budget today!

A more life bucket list moment for me was hitting my first hole in one today at @anccgolf Fairfax 🙌🏽🙏🏽🤯⛳️

An absolute unreal experience, my first one and first time experiencing one in person!

Even though we were playing to celebrate my good buddy’s bachelor party festivities with his family and friends, I had to steal the show😝🤭 Sorry, not sorry Dave!

🚨To all my golfer friends, comment below if you’ve hit a hole in one, or experienced one in person!?⛳️🏌🏼‍♂️🏌🏻🏆

It was Army Navy Country Club Fairfax Red Course hole 4 par 3 163 yards! Pin was front right of green hit a pure 8 iron bounced about twice and went right in?!

Was not sure at first until we went up to the green!😱🤯

Alexa, what are the chances of hitting a hole in one par 3 - 163 yards? There’s a one in 12 comma 500 for the average amateur player, roughly a 5 comma 000 for a low handicap player and a one in 3 comma 000 for an average pro.🫪

“So you’re saying there’s a chance”🤨😝

The 2026 Presidents Club has a very familiar name on the list, and I could not be more honored to congratulate Brandon Frye on this well-deserved achievement.

His clients trusted him with one of the most important financial decisions they will ever make. He treated that responsibility seriously every time. His referral partners put their own name on the line when they recommended him. He honored that trust without fail.

Referral partners do not just send their clients to anyone. They send them to someone they genuinely believe in, someone they know will take care of the people they care about. The fact that Brandon has built that kind of reputation says everything about who he is and how he operates.

None of this happens without hard work, real relationships, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Brandon has all three in abundance.

Congratulations, Brandon. You earned this, and we are so proud to have you representing our branch. Here's to a well-deserved moment in the spotlight. 🏆
