Master the Barbell Hang High Pull — your foundation for a strong Hang Clean later in the block 🔥

Key focus:
🔵 Full extension — hips straight, finish tall
🔵 Leg drive > arm pull — power comes from the lower body
🔵 Elbows high and outside — guide the bar, let it float!

🚫 Common mistakes to avoid:
❌ No full extension (cutting the movement short/rushing)
❌ No leg drive (all arms, no power)
❌ Early arm pull (turning it into a high pull)

Build the pattern now, unlock the weights later.
Trust the process — your Hang Clean is coming 💪

Build a strong Barbell Hang Clean for Monday’s POWER class with BFT Yishun’s Studio Manager - Coach Han Loong🔥

Key teaching points:
🔵 Leg drive first — push through the floor, hips extend before the arms
🔵 Let the bar float — once you’ve generated power, don’t rush the pull
🔵 Fast elbows through — snap under and catch quick in the front rack
🔵 Stay tall, then drop — finish your extension before pulling under

Think: legs → float → fast elbows 💯

Smooth reps now = powerful lifts later.
Trust the timing, not just the weight.

Master the Kettlebell Snatch with coach Alfie from Kovan for Monday’s POWER class 🔥

Key teaching points:
🔵 Drive with the hips — power comes from your legs, not your arms
🔵 Speed matters — accelerate the bell up, don’t float it slowly
🔵 Punch through at 11 o’clock — meet the bell early to avoid that painful flop
🔵 Relax your grip — let the bell rotate around your hand, don’t death-grip it

Think: fast up, quick punch, soft catch 💯

Nail these, and your snatch goes from clunky → clean real quick.
