Swipe to feel the profound energy that is @bgwc_studio 💗👏🏾

Swipe to 👀 how it looks when your sisters pour into you and hold you up for real.

It was emotional in all the BEST ways 🥹🥰 I cried, I laughed, I met even MORE beautiful women within this community!!

I am truly honored to continue to pour back into my people and women that look like me ☺️

My sisters I can't wait to see you on the mat 🫂

Some things in life are bigger than you, actually most things in life are bigger than you! Black women deserve community and they deserve a place that allows them to show up with out code switching! They deserve REAL self-care and they deserve to make time for their bodies! Thank you @arciastokes @bgwc_studio and @bgwc__ for being the space Black women need! And bonus points for opening this space in Newark! A true definition of For US BY US #blackownedbusiness #newarkpilates #newarkyoga #fitness #blackownedgym

As a wellness advocate, I’ve fallen in love with workout classes over the traditional gym experience. There’s something special about having a local third space to strengthen your body, decompress, and connect with others. Movement in all forms is a privilege worth celebrating, and having accessible spaces that encourage wellness is so important. 🖤

Thank you @bgwc_studio for creating a beautiful space for women to move, connect, and heal! 🤸🏾‍♀️

Today was more than a grand opening. 🤎 10/10 — The Walk Home, celebrating the grand opening of Black Girl Walking Club Studio.

I want to give ALL the flowers to the founder, DR. Arcia Stokes. 💐 Because what you’ve created is truly something special.

And I’m not just talking about today. I’m talking about the space you continue to hold for us. A space where Black and Brown women can feel safe, seen, heard, loved, and supported. A space where we can show up as ourselves and know that we belong.

If you’ve been looking for sisterhood, genuine friendships, encouragement, or simply a community that pours into you, make your way to Black Girl Walking Club Studio.

Arcia, thank you for making room for all of us. You deserve every flower. 😘😘 CONGRATULATIONS!!

Because Chapter Chai was never just about picking up a book!
Today, Chapter Chai stepped outside the pages and into community at the grand opening of Black Girl Walking Club Studio!
As a narrative wellness society, wellness looks like making room for ourselves, finding community, and embracing the experiences that make us who we are.
Whether we are turning pages, or showing up for spaces created intentionally for Black women to thrive, we are reminded that we have to take the time to just simply be.
Here is to more spaces where Black women can gather, grow, and laugh, cry, get our minds together, and be. 🤎

And special shoutout to my cousin as an OFFICIAL Yoga and Pilates instructor @housesoulyogajas Get in the Studio with her yall!
