Apparently owning a hardware & music store also means occasionally forgetting the words, getting rescued by your friends, and ending up waving a tambourine in the air under a shower of sparkles. 😂✨🎶

HarborFest 2026. This is what we do when we’re not in the shop. 🔧🎸❤️

Thank you @sagharborchamberofcommerce for a weekend full of music, community & Sag Harbor magic.

@misterlama brianhalweil … should we take Don’t You Want Me Baby to @almond_bridgehampton next? 🎤😂

I’m going to say something here that might lift some eyebrows…👉 Arnica and NSAIDs don’t actually help bruises, sprains, or strains heal faster. One has shown little efficacy in healing, while the other may actually impede repair.

🌿 Enter Comfrey — once called “knit-bone” for its incredible ability to support tissue repair and cell regeneration.

Decades ago, the FDA cautioned against ingesting comfrey because it contains compounds (pyrrolizidine alkaloids) that can harm the liver. But here’s the key: those risks don’t apply to topical use. On the skin, comfrey has been shown in clinical studies to reduce pain, swelling, and speed recovery from sprains and bruises.

That’s why I made Ding Repair — my surfer-tested, comfrey-powered salve for all the bumps, bangs, sprains, and sore muscles that come with chasing waves (or just chasing life).

✨ Heal smarter. Surf longer. Move freer.
Available now at www.wychsbloom.com/shop, link in bio, or DM me to order.

Type DING and get 20% off your first purchase of you order by 10/01/2025
