POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

What was running through my head on repeat last night?

Look how far you’ve come. I spent the better part of three years on the injured list. Non weight bearing on the left for 4 whole months. Rotator cuff repair on the right basically 6 months later. My body was inflamed and my inspiration was severely lacking.

But I made a decision to take it back. I worked really really hard, whether or not I wanted to every time. Little by little the spark returned, the fire burned up the negative and look at me now.

I can’t thank the people around me enough for cheering me on, and there are WAY too many to tag, so these are the front runners on the fitness/coach side and the direct team for this one. 🎉💜😘

Not everyone gets to grow up with their built in best friend, but I did.

And even though it’s really hard to wrap my head around the fact that I have a 25 year old for a daughter, I think this year was my favorite one yet.

Keep being genuinely you and don’t ever be too old to cuddle your mama.

I love you. Happy Birthday my B 🫶 I love you the most. #builtinbesties #quartercentury

It’s called functional strength training for a reason!

These are all movements we do all day long and as we age we want to get better at doing them not worse 🎉

And I suppose the curls are good for raising a glass 🍷👏🏻
