✨Ashtanga Summer Intensive Retreat at Nieprześnia✨

Come along with me to Nieprzesnia, a charming holiday complex. A full week of Ashtanga practice, workshops and relaxation.

I invite you for an unforgettable holiday week at the super charming holiday complex surrounded by a five hectare park. It houses a historic manor from 1934, an apple orchard, vegetable garden and a pond. During your stay here you can enjoy our vegetarian food, made fresh daily from local ingredients, a Finnish steam sauna, a massage room with a hydraulic massage bed, and practice yoga in a bright spacious workout room with heated floors. It's an ideal place for anyone looking to unwind, reset, and get in tune with nature.

Every morning we will practice Ashtanga Mysore style and afternoons are reserved for technical workshops.

This retreat is all inclusive! Three vegetarian meals a day and an all day buffet with drinks. Rooms have their own bathrooms with fresh towels. Nieprzesnia 1 is located within the beautiful terrain of the Carpathian Foothills, close to historical tourist attractions, such as the Castle in Wiśnicz, the salt mine in Bochnia, and historic, folk churches along the Lesser Poland Wooden Architecture Trail.
