📚 Book Mail and #BookAdvent4Fun 📚 📮 I have received so much book mail lately that I had to dedicate at least one post to it. I usually share to my stories whenever I receive books, and you’ll have to stay tuned to keep looking inside my mail, but today… 🧑‍🎄🤶 I love taking part in a Secret Santa for books. No more gifts I won’t use! A loop in my ban! Not really, my ban was to not buy books for myself unless I’m travelling and it was always ok to buy books for others. ✋ The ban ends December 31, or does it? 📚 I can’t wait to read these books I have had on my wishlist for a while and now own! They’re also so pretty. 💙Thank you, @bibli0saurus for adding to my @sheaernshaw collection, now I can call it a collection since I own two of her books, right? 💚 Thank you, @thebookjunkee for these beautiful books by @suelynntan that have been described as “epic, romantic and enthralling from start to finish” and that are also right up my alley because they’re #fantasybooks 📮 There has been more #bookmail and something that wasn’t a book, but I will show you in my stories, when the sun is up! So far in 2022… • BEST BOOK: Book Lovers by Emily Henry. I’m an Emily Henry Stan, officially. • •NEW RELEASE I WANT TO READ BUT HAVEN’T: Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin. AJ Fikry is one of my favorite books.• •MOST ANTICIPATED RELEASE: I was so excited for A Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez and The House Across the Lake by Riley Sager. I’ve read all of their books.• •BIGGEST SURPRISE: The Road to Jonestown by Jeff Guinn. I wasn’t shocked I enjoyed the book— I’m shocked at the progression of Jim Jones and how noble his pursuits originally seemed before things went so badly.• •FAVORITE NEW AUTHOR: Alice Feeney. I’ve read two of her books and I can’t wait to dive into more!• •NEW FICTIONAL CRUSH: Dominic Yun from The Ex Talk or Dean from Evvie Drake. 😍• •BOOK THAT MADE YOU CRY: Far from the Tree by Robin Benway. Full on sobbing. Such a beautiful book.• •BOOK THAT MADE YOU HAPPY: Book Lovers. Emily Henry just gets me.• •MOST BEAUTIFUL BOOK I’VE BOUGHT: I’m stealing Amanda’s answer and saying Yerba Buena.
