Two-time British Bodybuilding Champion. Mr Staffordshire Bodybuilding Champion. British Powerlifting Champion. Years of discipline, sacrifice and stepping up to be judged.

This year has been about rebuilding my physique, my strength and my mind after taking two years off while living in Africa, eating just one or two meals a day. A total reset.

The validation and acceptance that originally drove me no longer motivate me. I’m older now. I want ownership, stability and something tangible to show for the work. Something that provides for my family and creates opportunities for my community.

Respectfully, in competitive lifting, Instagram is the entry point. Competing under a shared set of rules no matter what they are is the truest test of mental agility. In my opinion there’s one exception and thats to be a phenomenal lifter which carries a different weight, but even then there must be an end goal. If you call yourself a competitor but never step beyond the norm of posting on social media you have to ask whether your just lazy and looking for a cheat code not to put in the work.

If you want to compete, do it properly. Let the lifting settle it. As grown men in 2026, we should be turning attention into something meaningful. Clout chasing will only take us so far.

With the right rivals, a shared vision and the connections I’ve built, there’s an opportunity to create something bigger for the community. Something that gives others a platform to prove themselves too. That’s where my mind is now.

Imagine spending years playing a game, only to finish with nothing but tokens you can never cash in.
