733lbs 97.5% 1x1

Haven’t touched this weight since i tore my sartorius a year and a half ago. Iv sacrificed so much of myself to climb back up with my knee health. The blood sweat and tears that went into every session for the last year and a half. I knew i would be back just didnt know when.

All glory to god

📸💪 CAPTURING THE STRENGTH, ENERGY & COMMUNITY OF PUSH/PULL FOR PRESENTS! 🎄🎁

We’re excited to announce that Chad LaBreck Photography will be joining us as our Official Event Photographer for this year’s Push/Pull for Presents, benefiting Toys for Tots!

As Impact Fitness and Strong Smith prepare to bring back this longtime tradition, we’re thrilled to have Chad on board to capture the moments that make events like this so special — from the big lifts and personal records to the camaraderie, excitement, and generosity of our fitness community!

📸 A LITTLE ABOUT CHAD LABRECK PHOTOGRAPHY

Based right here in Saco, Maine, Chad specializes in sports and portrait photography, bringing a creative eye and passion for capturing moments that tell a story.

Whether he’s photographing athletes in action, creating one-of-a-kind portraits, designing commitment posters for rising collegiate athletes, or adding unique effects to action shots, Chad’s goal is always to deliver something memorable.

His combination of sports photography experience and creativity makes him a great fit for an event where every lift has a story behind it!

And we’re excited that he’ll be there to help tell ours! 💪

🎄 PUSH/PULL FOR PRESENTS — BENEFITING TOYS FOR TOTS

📅 Saturday, November 28, 2026
📍 Impact Fitness — Biddeford, Maine
⏰ Competition begins at 1:00 PM
🏋️ Bench Press & Deadlift
💪 All experience levels welcome!

🎁 Competitor Registration: One new, unwrapped toy per class entered.

🎁 Spectator Admission: One new, unwrapped toy per person.

As this event continues to come together, it’s been incredibly encouraging to see local businesses and talented individuals stepping up to contribute their time, services, and expertise.

With Steel Asylum bringing supplement samples and goodies, AE Event Systems helping us with professional sound and lighting, and now Chad LaBreck Photography capturing the action, we’re building an event experience that goes well beyond the competition itself!

But at the heart of it all remains our mission — bringing people together to help make Christmas brighter for children in our community. ❤️

I gave myself a range between 630-675 depending on how my knee felt. No issues at all today. 673 felt like an empty bar.

⚔️ DESIRE ⚔️

I can tell by the faces you make when you train if you’re winging and dreading the pain or welcoming it. I’ve said it a thousand times and I’ll say it a thousand more because it’s all that matters: your problems and sore this/that and lack of results is not unique to you. It’s you and every other guy who just doesn’t care that much but “wouldn’t mind” being strong, being out of pain, being jacked, being lean, whatever. I bet you wouldn’t mind but wouldn’t mind doesn’t really cut it. It has to matter more. If it doesn’t then it doesn’t - get over it and buy a hybrid bike for sea wall cruises on Sundays with your girlfriend, that shits cool too.
