Heart Thread Collective is now open in Shelby Park!

A space for movement, rest, and real connection, where everyone is welcome.

This is not a place you have to perform, or a place where you have to have it all altogether… just somewhere you can come as you are and be met there.

If you’ve been looking for a space like this, we’d love to have you 🚀💖

A week or two late. February memories and makes. Went to LA, got to see my besties new home and play princess in prep for her wedding, caught up with old friends, made a ton of clothes for Otto (a few for me too), entered analysis paralysis while fabric shopping, made a teeny bit of progress on this blanket for Bunny (crochet is my least fav craft. Not because it's bad, but because I'm bad at it.) Taught the new salon pup a couple new tricks, and spent almost every day at cornfield manor with our menagerie of weirdos.

Meet Steven 💖✨

Kundalini teacher, yogic technology enthusiast, and self-proclaimed “spiritual forklift.”

After 16 years of practice — from Hatha to eight years of Ashtanga — Kundalini felt like coming home.

Their classes blend ancient wisdom with modern science, offering tools for nervous system regulation, expanded awareness, and deeper self-connection.

Come as you are. Leave elevated 🌿✨

The dogs of @poppyandrodhairparlour in February were what dreams are made of. @stevenfitzpatrickhair new puppy Pork Chop really stole the show.

May was very cute in Poppy & Rod. Erin caught moments with cute dogs, did fun hair, and caught Jessica with a dinner knife in her blazer pocket? 🔪
