Before the run vs. after the run: The sweat’s real, the feeling’s priceless! 💦🏃‍♂️

7.08 km of pure hill running in 42:09 mins – maintained a steady 6:00 pace throughout. There’s simply nothing better than clearing your head on the trail and knowing after the run that you’ve given it your all.🔥🥵🤘💪

The run was worth its weight in gold again today. How did your training go today?

This is England!

Suns out so the lads top's come straight off! Tbh it was pretty quiet and I was melting in 30 degree heat.

Its not always easy though, male body confidence seems never at the forefront of any agenda, maybe its not as pleasing as the female form but the taboo is there.

Ive always been proud of what this body has achieved and what im about to train it to do again.

5.5 miles ticked off and im pretty happy i got it done. Self care is not always giving yourself a break, its about kicking your own ass when you need to and get out that door.

Kudos to all those fathers and step fathers out there leading by example.

You rock!

"Running, laughing, living – that's all it takes to be happy.

Hey there, braved the rain today and was sitting on the bench in the middle where I always do my strength endurance exercises when I suddenly had a visit from a cat who seemed to take a real liking to me from the very first second – and again, I’ve never seen this one before – and then these photos are just lovely 🫶🏃‍♂️😍
