Who's planning on joining us for #IWDparkrun on March 5th?

As @bigmugoftea says, you can do parkrun your way. #repost "2 of us ran, 1 of us ran and volunteered and 1 of us volunteered. That’s the beauty of @parkrunuk you can do it your way!"

Day 98: Today I ran my 80th @parkrunuk with @mgee589 It took me more than 2 years of volunteering to pluck up the courage to run a parkrun and now I’ve completed 80 of them. We had a lovely catch up with @feistypaulos afterwards #100daysofhappiness #mgeeandbigmugoftea #parkrun #parkrunuk #loveparkrun #loveparkrunuk #runners #running #runningfriends #parkrunday #parkrundayformerlyknownassaturday

Saturday means Parkrun! (No.55)
I ran today with no time in my head, not putting pressure on myself and not striving for an unachievable PB. Sometimes, you’ve got to push your ego to one side and listen to your body.
And I’m so pleased I did. I loved just running by feel and it’s the first run in weeks I have had now twinges in my shin 🥳
Absolutely lush weather down at Lee today.
Happy Saturday! .

Today was my 50th Parkrun!!! And it was bloody windy!!! 🌪 I don’t think I’ve ran such a windy one.
It was fun celebrating my 50th with friends 🥰at @lotsparkrun
I love parkrun and can’t wait to get to my 100th now.
Well done to Gosport Road Runners for their takeover. They were very supportive and cheering all the way.
Oh and I also met my Parkrun twin-Gemma West! 😂
Happy Saturday!
