POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

❤️‍🔥 The hot seats are my favorite part of retreat because this is where you can literally watch women remember who the hell they are.

One minute she’s like, “I think I need a new offer? Or maybe my content sucks? Or maybe I’m just tired?”

And then we start pulling the thread.

What do you actually want to sell?
What income goal are we building toward?
What needs to happen in the next 90 days to make that real?

And suddenly it’s not floating around in her head anymore.

It’s a plan.
It’s a next move.
It’s a “holy shit, I can actually do this.”

That’s what I want for you.

DOORS ARE OPEN FOR BEAM OFFLINE. ❤️‍🔥

I have been dreaming about this weekend for months, and today I finally get to invite you.

October 15–18, we’re taking over a beautiful space in Southern California for four days of big business conversations, honest coaching, real connection, and the kind of clarity you cannot always access from behind your laptop.

You will work on your business. You will make decisions. You will finally talk through the thing you’ve been carrying around alone.

But you’ll also laugh your ass off, exhale, feel deeply supported, and remember who you are outside of everything you manage every day.

I don’t say “life-changing” lightly. But I know what happens when women get out of their normal environment and into the right room.

Things move.

BEAM OFFLINE Retreat is officially open.

🚨Head to the link in my bio to see the full experience and claim your spot or DM me to talk details.

Greece -July 2025
Just realized I never posted anything from this trip and I’m just a few weeks away from another trip with this group. Can’t wait to see what kind of mischief we get into this time.

Because here is what happens when you can say those three words.

I am a published author.

Podcast hosts start saying yes. Speaking stages open up. Dream clients Google you and find something that makes them stop second guessing. Your credibility does not just live on Instagram anymore. It lives somewhere nobody can take down, algorithm change, or scroll past.

One of the things nobody talks about inside Embodied Earner is that every single member gets to write one chapter in our annual collaboration book.

We submit it. We publish it. We hit the bestseller list. And just like that you are a published author.

Not someday. Not when you have a big enough audience. Not when you feel ready enough to have something to say.

Now. This year. Inside this container.

You already have a story worth reading. You just need the room that helps you tell it.

🚨 Embodied Earner closes tomorrow at midnight. Twelve months of sales skills, consistent income, weekly coaching, and yes, your name on a published book.

This is the power move of 2026 and it is sitting right inside the program you have been thinking about all week.

DOORS CLOSE IN 2 WEEKS FOR SLOVENIA TRIP THIS SUMMER!🇸🇮

And I mean it. April 15th and that’s it!!!!!

I just re-watched this footage from our Greece retreat last summer and honestly… it reminded me why these trips matter so much.

It’s never just the location.

It’s the conversations that happen over dinner. The women you meet who instantly get you.The moment your nervous system finally exhales because you’re not “on” for everyone else.

The Beam Life retreats are where ambitious women come to reconnect with themselves and unforgettable memories and lifelong friendships.

The women in this video said it better than I ever could. And if something in your chest is pulling when you watch this… listen to that.

Because right now there are 3 spots left for Slovenia.

Slovenia is the place I picked because it feels like if Italy and Greece had a baby… but without the crowds or the chaos.
Mountains. Lakes. Wine. Slow mornings. Deep conversations. Big laughs.

Just a handful of women who are ready to step out of their daily life and into something bigger.

Doors close April 15th so I can finalize everything.

If you’ve been quietly thinking about coming… this is your sign.
✨ Affirm is an option for payment plans✨ And if you want to bring a friend, even better

Comment SLOVENIA or DM me and I’ll send you the details.

Let’s make this summer unforgettable.

Thank you to my boo @between_two_binaries for this tearjerker of a video!!

⏳VIP closes Monday.
If Morocco is even a tiny maybe, this is your moment to get on the list.

Being on the VIP list means:
✨ first access to registration
✨ first choice of rooms
✨ the lowest pricing we’ll offer

And joining the list is not a commitment — it simply means you’ll see everything first and can decide from there.

The thing people tell us over and over about these retreats isn’t just how beautiful the places are (though they are). It’s the people and the experience we create together.

Our retreats are a space to:
• try new things
• move your body in inspiring places
• connect with incredible humans
• explore somewhere new while feeling supported
• grow in ways you might not expect

We care deeply about creating an environment where people feel welcome, safe, and encouraged to be fully themselves. That’s where the magic tends to happen.

Every retreat group so far has been something really special.

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines thinking “that looks amazing…” this might be the one.

And tag 🏷️ a friend that you want to adventure with!

✨ VIP closes Monday

Join the list before it does.

And if you’re curious or have questions, feel free to send us a DM, we’re always happy to chat about it. 🌍✨

Here are some of my favorite things that happened in 2025!

1. I took another Disney trip with my mom! We went to Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT. We also spent a day off property (via my mom’s very first Uber ride) and went to both Universal parks. We’re already talking about our next trip, probably around the holidays in a couple years!

2. I bought a new car! This was the first time I traded in a car without being able to talk to my grandad about it, but he also traded in one CRV for another so I know he’d approve!

3. I went to my first ever @kentuckianapride festival! It was such a fun day but I absolutely stayed at the festival too long in the heat. Still, the vibes were immaculate and I’d absolutely go again.

4. I also got to attend the first ever @louisvillefrocktails! I spent weeks making my dress and I felt so good about it. It was so much fun to spend time with sewing friends and make new ones!

5. I got to see @kittenxlady in person when she visited Louisville! I’ve followed her for years, and it was amazing to see her and hear her talk about kitten rescue in person.

6. @grl_michael’s Halloween party is always a highlight, and this year was no exception. The theme was mythology, and I went as Iris, goddess of the rainbow. I made this dress too, and finished it just hours before the party!

7. I got to play model for a day at @oe4bcollective! I loved getting to meet Ogy and hear about her creative processes.

8. The @kkpboudi pool party has absolutely become a must-do event for me every year. This year was longer than ever, and I spent so much time in lazy river! I don’t drive to Indiana for much, so you know this event is worthwhile.

9. In the spirit of the Instagram grid, I’m doing a Top Nine, and I can’t go without mentioning all the @broadwayinlouisville shows I got to see this year! It’s always a fun night out, and so cool to see Broadway-quality shows right here in Louisville!

Overall it was a great year where I got to do so many fun things! Here’s to more in 2026!
