BIGGER💪STRONGER 💉 FASTER 🏃‍♀️

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Entertainment has always been my life.

Dreams of becoming an entertainer are what helped me navigate through a very rough and difficult childhood. Those same dreams led me down a path that would take me from professional wrestling to acting, stunt performing, action coordination, producing, and promoting over the last 30 years.

Now, those dreams have led me to my next chapter: @ra_ra_stories , a Louisiana-based production company combining decades of experience, creativity, and passion to develop original film, television, digital, and live entertainment projects.

Made here. Seen worldwide. 🌏

Our first major project is scheduled for a 2027 release and it's in collaboration w/ @bludotproductions . We've been working very hard and I'm excited to finally share the 1st official teaser trailer for a project that's incredibly personal to me...

My life. 💯

Stay tuned... And join us for the ride👊🏽

This video shows me taking pictures first thing in the morning, at about the same time each day and before eating.

I didn’t see the kind of transformation others seem to experience, but I do feel better, and my bathroom visits have been more comfortable.

I also lost a few pounds, which I hadn’t expected. I’ll keep adding fibre to some of my meals and will keep everyone updated on my journey.

Chris Bell on why @joerogan wouldn’t take a 7-OH episode:

“He said a lot of friends of his were addicted to it. I think that’s why we should have the conversation.” @bigstrongfast

He also notes U.S. opioid deaths have fallen nearly 50% since 2023.

Let’s ALL do this at 81!!

My friend Bill crushing it in the gym!!

I’m overwhelmed with all the love and support his last video got, thank you!! It’s great to see folks of all ages inspired by Bill!! I let him know how much a difference his videos are making!!

For longevity supplements, I partner with Infiniwell. I use their BPC 157 and it helps with all my “old man injuries” at 45 years old! Link in my bio with discount code. They are an awesome company in a sea of questionable supplement companies out there!!

The Joe Rogan Effect is no joke.

In 2016, filmmaker Chris Bell @bigstrongfast sat down with @joerogan for a 90-minute episode that was only about Kratom. Joe tried it on air for the first time.

That single appearance paid for the entire documentary, A Leaf Of Faith.

“ I love Steriods, I’ll be on and off of them the rest of my life.” Mark Bell (Bigger, Stronger, Faster).

The only thing that has changed for me is the fact that my Steriods no longer just have a screw on top. True story I used to get 50 ML 400 mg bottles of testosterone that just had a screw on lid….. damn those were the days!

FIBRE MAXXING — WEEK 1 💪🔥

Week 1 is officially in the books!

This past week I made a big change to my diet and added 35 grams of fibre a day. Honestly, it was definitely an adjustment, but I wanted to see what a full week of being consistent would do.

I started the week at 190 lbs and Sunday morning weigh-in came in at 187.4 lbs.

That’s 2.6 lbs down in one week. 👀

Now, I’m not going to pretend that’s all body fat — I know there are a lot of factors that affect the scale — but seeing the number move in the right direction is still pretty damn motivating.

The pictures are my Week 1 comparison. I’ll let you guys decide if you notice a difference.

One week down. Three more to go.

🔥 Bring on Week 2!
