A field after harvest. The soil turned before winter. Water settling into its cracks. Voices travel between work and rest, earth and sky, from one mouth to another. Old songs of love and toil are remembered, misremembered and transformed as they move across generations and geographies. In *Songs from the Soil*, Otucha Collective takes this instability and persistence as a starting point. The work unfolded across the former Russian Consulate in Varna, using vocal scores, movement and resonance to activate and transform the building. Presented during the opening and throughout BUNA vol. 4. BUNA Forum for Contemporary Art, Varna @buna.varna Curators: Boyana Dzhikova @cherechair and Luchezar Boyadjiev @luchezar_boyadjiev 2.10–31.10.2026 🔸 Otucha Collective in Varna: Agnieszka Kucharska @agnieszka__kucharska Dorota Michalak @doromichalak Julia Legeżyńska @julialegezynska Kata Kwiatkowska @kata_kwiatkowska Liene Šilde @liene_un_es Mina Đorđević @minadordevic Kindly supported by Goethe-Institut. @goetheinstitut

Thank you Berlin! After countless conversations with @bram.braam about making a show together it finally came to fruition through his gallery @galerieburster for @berlinartweek . All the artists brought great energy and the show has been rammed with visitors across the weekend. It’s nice to see people connect with this type of work and show up for it. It’s unsurprising that the field is growing, people today can feel the weight of the big city more than ever and are becoming more curious about the small actions of respite we see marked across city streets and how they can tell us something about the places we live. Come see the show to see how this group have translated that feeling through their own practices. Shows open til October 24th at @galerieburster Markgrafenstr. 68, 10969 Berlin. Thanks again to Bram, the team at Burster and all the artists. @clemensbehr @studiomarcbijl @bram.braam @stefano.bardsley @cosimo_casoni @julia.eichler @tabata.von.der.locht @perongeluk and @bigtimebrad / @epos_257 downstairs.
