2025.

Closing out the year, I can’t help but feel deeply grateful.

This year was filled with more in-person coaching opportunities than ever before. These events helped cultivate bonds that have fortified my relationships with my athletes, and the greater community of The Pack ( @thepack.fit ).

Traveling to events, sharing in both the wins and the losses, provide a greater sense of understanding of the people we work with, the why behind what we do is more clear than ever before. It is not about me or the individual client. It is about the connections, and the memories we make along the way. CrossFit events are cool, but they are even better when you get to share the experience with those you care about.

I am honored to have played a small part in my clients’ and friends’ processes. I am even more thankful to have witnessed the growth of the people in front of me.

As I step into the new year, I’m choosing to move forward with intention — dedicating myself to creativity, cultivating community, and fostering genuine relationships with the people I get to spend time with at Arsenal Health ( @arsenal_dtc ).

Here’s to growing together.

Session 717

Two years ago today @harley_peski and I started something. The amount of work that has been done is unfathomable and looking back none of it seems possible but it is and it was. There was nothing fancy about the process. I don’t have sponsors, I still work a part time job, I often don’t get home at night until 8pm just to get up the next morning and do it again. While this is difficult and often times down right scary, I enjoy every second of it hoping to continue to have the opportunity to pursue competitive fitness.

None of this is possible without the opportunity that my friends, family and coaches have given me and continue to give me every day.

Thank you.
