Fresh out of bed, pale AF but very chuffed with where we are.

Sitting around 20lbs up at the end of week 5 of this push up.

Average rate of gain is high but if it looks good we don’t need to change much at all.

Current setup:

TD kcal > 3407
NTD kcal > 3035
PEDS > 450 test, 200 primo, 400 mast, 6iu gh.

Will await sensei bills plan for the week ahead and keep working 🫡

Another week in the bag another week of self reflecting

Something I’ll say to clients is “you don’t want to look back over the years knowing you could of done more”

That can be with anything , whether that’s strength , knowledge, health or just simply how you feel without your top on

You don’t need to 100 percent locked in with the littlest of things just simply to do better week on week

Stop comparing yourself on a daily basis and just sit back and let the work do its jobs

These photos are 3 years apart I’m around 5kg heavier on the right but due nonsense online you can’t gain weight as it’ll be body fat only….

If you spend all your years of training dieting that’s simply the reason you aren’t progressing

That’s why I’ve created the simple 3 step formula for any of my clients and that’s why progress

Assess
Reset
Build

If you’re interested in finding out how this would like for you just DM me the word “Plan” and I’ll show you how I would implement it towards your goals

💪📸 Back in front of the camera with @crazy_gooner for our second shoot in less than 12 months.
One of the best things about repeat shoots is being able to look back and see just how much progress has been made. The improvements since our last session have been huge—more muscle, better condition, and a physique that reflects a lot of hard work and consistency. 🔥
It's easy to overlook progress when you see yourself every day, which is why documenting the journey is so valuable. Comparing images from a year ago to today tells a story that the scales and mirror don't always show.
Ed absolutely smashed this shoot and brought an even better package than last time. A great example of what can be achieved when you stay patient, trust the process, and keep showing up.
Already looking forward to seeing where the next 12 months take him. 👏

Some post workout posing💅

Haven't talked about 'prep' as much as I thought I would. Yeah I've posted, but nothing like I thought I would.

I'm just enjoying myself to be honest.

Just challenging myself; seeing what I can even look like for my first time doing this. It's cool.

No pressure, good vibes, cementing the love and direction for the sport. That is all.

Few more weeks to go, again not obsessing over the timeline, not out of ignorance but purely to keep pressure off.

It's a good day to have a good day💜

She says 55 mins of cardio deep, and carbs? Who they. 🤪

Living. Laughing. Getting lean.

Some very lovely drops in bodyweight this week.

But something I'm really thought about a lot this week is how much I love this sport, regardless of what life throws at me, it keeps my head on.

We just keep swimming.

And I'm loving watching the process unfold.

Sometimes it's for progress.
Sometimes it's for the head.

Life may throw some firey curve balls, but we keep showing up to be the best for the ones that need us right now❤️‍🔥
