Week 1 of Better Together’s final program for 2026 has gone off with a bang - and even better weather ☀️

Our classes are all about inclusivity and making sure EVERYONE moves in a way that is safe but effective for them.

Great work to all of our members who have shown up for themselves this week - we are so proud of you 😎

Day 1 of our final program for 2026 kicked off today 🏋️

Our crew didn’t hit snooze on the alarms and braved the cold to make sure they reach their goals by the end of the year.

Our programs have structure - because they get results that last.

& so when you walk away from our programs and people ask you ‘so what did you achieve?’ The answer is so much more than just ‘fatloss’ 💪🏼 🥳

Great work this morning crew 👏🏼

We hear it all the time: “I can’t sign up because I don’t have the time.”

But that’s exactly why this program is different 🤍

You’re not committing to us — you’re committing to building better habits for yourself.

We teach you how to improve your nutrition, movement and lifestyle in a way that actually fits into your life.

We don’t expect you to make every class, train 5 days a week or eat perfectly 7 days a week.

We just want you to make small, realistic changes that you can actually stick to — because that’s where real progress happens. 🫶

Our clients journey in her own words ,

“I’m so glad I decided to do the 6 Week Better Together program. For me it wasn’t about being perfect or completely changing my life for six weeks it was about getting back into a routine, moving my body consistently and making myself a priority again. With four kids, work and a busy life, it’s very easy for exercise and looking after myself to be the first thing that gets pushed aside. Having the structure, accountability and support of the challenge gave me the motivation I needed to keep showing up, even on the weeks where life was hectic.
I’m really proud of the physical changes I can see in these photos, but even more than that, I feel stronger, fitter and more confident. It’s reminded me how much better I feel when I actually make time for myself.”

Holly is the perfect example of making it work, even when life gets busy 🤍

Our program is all about building realistic, sustainable lifestyle habits that fit into your life — not taking over it.

We’re so proud of you, Holly, and we can’t wait to see everything you achieve next! 🫶🏼
