Jack’s tip for golfers dealing with back pain 👇

Lower back pain before, during, or after a round is something Jack sees all the time - and it’s rarely just about the back itself.

Often, it comes down to how well you can control your pelvis and how your body moves into and out of your golf posture. Instead of forcing golfers into a “perfect” swing, Jack focuses on understanding how your body moves and then building a swing around that.

Pain doesn’t always mean dysfunction - it’s often a signal that something deeper needs attention.

If you’re a golfer struggling with recurring back pain or feeling limited in your swing, this kind of biomechanics-led approach can be a game changer. And it’s exactly the kind of specialised work we love seeing happen inside Gathr.

🥳 It’s official and we’d love you to be there!

We’re opening the doors and inviting our community (and future community) in to experience Gathr properly.

Our Open Day starts from 9am, so you can drop in, explore the space, chat with the team, and see what it would look like to run your practice from a premium CBD workspace.

From 4pm, we’ll shift into launch party mode with food, drinks, networking, demonstrations, and a chance to meet other health and wellness practitioners.

We’ll also have Rob from VALD onsite running a practical training session on how to use VALD to assess your clients using some of the best testing equipment available.

Come by any time - morning or afternoon - and get a feel for what we’ve built.

If you’re not a practitioner but are looking to work with some of the best practitioners in Sydney, then you are absolutley welcome too!

DM us to RSVP or via email!
