Reflecting over 20 years of training teachers is deeply humbling with how many students have entrusted us with their sacred journey to becoming a yoga teacher and healer. This is one of our beautiful new graduates teaching her first class in 2020. I remember this moment like it was yesterday.
Her nerves, her excitement and disbelief. The chats and encouragement and then her euphoria afterwards. This journey and moment cannot be properly described in words, only felt within the journey yourself. Myself and our amazing tribe of facilitators are waiting to guide you this year. Head to www.myhealthyoga.com and select your location to see all the details and workshop dates. Or feel free to reach out to training@myhealthyoga.com to connect with me directly.

Welcome to our Dogtherapy with Blacky & Birgit ❤️

❤️I got Blacky from the shelter about 3 months ago as a therapy dog. His problem was old people and also lots of people.

❤️ Step by step I got him used to dealing with people and gave him security and trust.

When I get dogs for therapy, I don’t ask anything of them for the first week . They are just allowed to be. Be and gain trust and arrive .

❤️ Then I slowly start to bring the dog into the situation, but without EXPECTATION and PRESSURE.
With lots of POSITIVE support and clear BOUNDARIES.

❤️ Blacky was then adopted and now comes the next step.
Bonding with Blacky and the new owner and mastering this situation together.

And as you can see, BOTH are doing a great job 😊

Congratulations 🎉
