Diamonds!! I am so proud of the season you all fought to finish. There is no doubt you all made the ultimate climb. This season was no where near perfect but hitting at D2 summit in finals was the cherry (diamond) on top. Seventy five percent of this team consisted of level one athletes this past season and a few athletes had never participated in cheerleading before this season. We knew that jumping into one of the hardest divisions in cheerleading (J2) was going to be a huge challenge but we chose to dive in head first. There were a lot of tough losses, learning lessons, hard practices and traumatic moments but we did not let that alter our love for this sport. We competed against eighty four teams this weekend and making it to finals is not guaranteed. Watching you all on the mat Sunday was so exciting and you all should be proud of the confidence you exuded to make that final performance happen! Thank you to all coaches, parents, judges and supporters that poured so much into these girls. I love you Diamonds and no matter what I’ll always be a fan of the dime gals. Congratulations on finishing 18th out of 84 teams!! Thank you Jesus for the opportunity 💎👑

I am so beyond proud of this program. This weekend by no means was perfect but we all came together when it mattered most. We areeee Memorial!

Varsity- Day 1 was a tough performance for us and our scoresheet reflected that. We had a program team bonding heart to heart and decided what team we wanted to be going into day 2. We finally hit a routine in the arena. We finally got to experience a feeling we’ve been chasing and have worked so hard for.

Seeing you all come together as sisters on the big stage was absolutely priceless. We were in 7th place day 1 and ended up taking home the silver medallion. We made it to the freaking winners circle!! Your coaches, parents and community could not be more proud of you and we love you all to the moon and back. We did it. Omg. Mymsot 👑

Disclaimer: Immediately after varsity’s awards ceremony we had to sprint to our JV team’s warmup. I have never in my life sprinted that fast. The warm up room gatorade was pivotal after that moment. I will be starting my lifetime fitness membership this week.

JV- The babies! This team is so special. This weekend really tested our mental toughness and I’m so proud of you all for overcoming adversity. The energy of your day 1 performance is something we will all remember for a long time. Day 2 didn’t fully go as planned but the fight you showed in the performance after what we went through backstage brought tears to all of our eyes.

We ended day 1 in 5th place and moved up to 4th after day 2 in a stacked division. You all should be so proud of how you handled yourselves this weekend. Our score jumped 7 points from our first competition and we all worked so hard to make that happen. Your coaches, parents and community love you and got to see you all shine this weekend. We are so proud. Don’t ever forget that talk we had by the elevators before room check hahaha.

Coaches/Parents/Admin- Thank you for another amazing year with this program. We are truly building a legacy and the support and love this weekend through the good and the bad made all of our hard work behind the scenes worth it. I love this program so much. Go Stangs!

Thank you Lord! Love you big time @memorialcheerleading
