First @gravel_worlds in the book! Thank you for having @indigocyclingchicago at the expo. It was a huge learning experience and it was great getting to be on the vendor side.

Race strategy went more or less to plan. I started a bit further back then I would have liked but was still part of the front group. It split a few miles in so I tried bridging the gap with @iam_maggiedaly.24 until we got caught by the chase group with @slidewayscycling . I hung on with them until the mile 44 aid station at the @sacaerospacemuseum. A quick nutrition break with @never.second c90 packet (shoutout to the volunteers there @bitbybit_move) I was just in the TT bars for the rest of the race. I rode with a few people here and there but it was a mostly a solo grind. The last 5 miles was absolutely brutal though with the final few rolling hills. My goal time was sub 5 hours so I was pretty happy finishing 4:14:55 and winning the para category for the 75 mile.

Indigo had a great time with both Luiz and Dustin beating their goal time and Richard winning a bike! Also great to catch up with friends i hadn’t seen in ages.

We’ll be back!

Hard to pick a favorite moment from our weekend in Ludington, Michigan for the 100-mile Coast to Coast Gravel Grinder. So much sand, so many laughs, and maybe not enough hydration. Podiums are great, but have you ever found your bike computer in the middle of the road 24 hours after it flew off the roof of the car while driving post-race?? Toby has!!! The Karoo is in fact alive. I’ll be back for the 200-mile main event someday. But for now, I’m proud of our whole crew for finishing a challenging century. And I’m proud of myself for pushing the pace for 70 miles solo to snag the last step on the podium in my category. I’ll be in Ludington again next week, but arriving by ferry. My Mini @mishigamichallenge plans are coming into place. See you again soon, Michigan. 😘

Crit season is in full swing! 🐐 14 Indigoats lined up across two days of racing at Skyway and Battle on the Border. The weather was cold but we brought the heat 🔥

🏆 Dylan swept the Open & Men’s 4/5 with a win at both races
🥉 Page got 3rd continuing her podium streak
🏅 Naomi snagged 4th in a stacked Women’s 1/2/3/4 field

Another solid weekend for the crew and the season is just getting started. See y’all at the next one!
