Pizza Culture has landed at #80 on 50 Top Pizza’s 2026 ranking of the world’s top 100 pizzerias, moving up one spot from last year and representing Canada as the only Canadian restaurant on the list. 🇨🇦 The Edmonton Trail spot is known for its Neapolitan-style pies, naturally leavened dough and Italian ingredients, all fired in a Naples-built oven that reaches around 900°F and turns out a pizza in roughly 90 seconds.
