What a summer! Dog sitting, house sitting, teaching, gigging, moving, learning, I feel like I did a little bit of everything this summer but now it's come to a close with the first day of school. Very excited for what this school year will bring, it's already off to an EXTREMELY good start!

Thank you, Seattle Cascades.

This season was definitely the hardest thing I have ever done. Leaving all of my family and friends at home to fly across the country and play drums with a bunch of strangers for the whole summer. I got pushed very hard and I accomplished things that I have always dreamed of accomplishing.

I love every single person and every staff member I got to spend this summer with. They pushed me as hard as they could and helped me achieve great things. The people in this battery are all very special and made my experience what it was. Thank you to everyone who made this summer amazing.

DCI has officially landed in IN, and @keownpercussion is out here watching @bkoblemusic perform with the @seattlecascadesdrumcorps

After a summer’s worth of work and touring the entire US, Braden is back in Indy for the final show. Huge congrats to him and the whole group on an amazing summer!

Day 23-48

Haven’t made one of these in a hot minute.

Since the last post we have traveled to California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Missouri (had a home rehearsal),Indiana, now we are in Wisconsin. We have been doing lots of rehearsing, performing, and then traveling. But that’s drum corps baby. We have an upcoming free day in Chicago that I’m looking forward to. Ready to finally get a break.
