POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Turns out, being rich in life has nothing to do with money. ❤️🥹

It’s about the people you meet, the stories they share, the laughter in between treatments, and the little moments that make an ordinary workday special.

Somewhere between restoring movement and relieving pain, we end up talking about life, love, family, problems, dreams… and of course, a little gossip. 😂🤍

Grateful for the connections that make physiotherapy so much more than just a profession. ✨

Shoulder pain while wearing a T-shirt? That’s your early warning sign.

This athlete ignored the discomfort at first—until even basic movements started hurting.

Diagnosis: Biceps tendinitis from repetitive overload and poor load management at the gym.

Most people either push through pain or stop training completely. Both are wrong.

How many of you have heard this before? 👀
Truth is — most problems don’t need strong medications or surgery first, they just need the right rehab.💪

Remember popping pills kills you from the inside without reversing the damage !

Surgery is irreversible !

“Comment ‘REHAB’ if you’d choose exercises over surgery.”
