POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Powerlifting isn’t always about showing up perfectly prepared. Sometimes it’s about adapting, trusting the process, and executing anyway.

Ari took this meet on short notice, so we didn’t have the luxury of a full prep cycle. On top of that, squat and deadlift warm-ups didn’t go according to plan. Those are the moments that can shake a lifter’s confidence… if they let them.

When Ari and I started working together, we changed just about everything—his programming, his technique, his setup, his cues. That’s not an easy adjustment, and it takes time for everything to click under the lights.

Despite all of that, he stepped on the platform, stayed composed, trusted the plan, and delivered. He matched or came incredibly close to some of his biggest lifts to date and walked away with a bench press PR.

I’m proud of the numbers, but I’m even more proud of how he handled adversity. He never panicked. He listened. He adjusted. He competed.

This is only the beginning. Now that we’ve got a meet under the new system, I have no doubt that when Ari decides to step on the platform again, you’re going to see some big jumps—not just in his total, but across all three lifts.

The foundation is there. Now it’s time to build. 💪

Wow! What an incredible weekend at @arkansasstrengthexpo

First and foremost want to thank the incredible @davidshirleyspf and @davidsoldlady who are doing something so special for the sport. They are incredible people, with a beautiful family!

We were lucky to meet David at @musiccityfitexpo we had just launched and had planned on going to the Arkansas Strength Expo in support of some friends lifting, and he graciously let us come be a part of this at the last minute.

We were truly blessed this weekend getting to meet and talk to so many of you, and watch so many of you conquer those weights and get those white lights pop up.

All the glory to God, and we are so thankful for the people he has put into our lives.

Thank you all for an incredible weekend!
