Capturing little BTS moments on set is something I’ve always loved doing whenever I can. (Of course, I still do my actual job properly.) But honestly, that’s the part I love most about being on set. A bunch of people coming together, working hard, solving problems on the spot, and somehow making something out of nothing. Sometimes tired. Sometimes stressed. Most times, laughing at complete nonsense. With AI moving so fast, it really feels like anything is possible now. And honestly, I don’t dislike AI cos now, we suddenly have this magic tool that helps us imagine faster, create bigger, and do things that used to take so much more time and money. #embrace But being on set, with that energy, that teamwork, that human madness…the PROCESS, that’s something you can’t really replace with a prompt. Because once a shoot wraps, I start to miss the fun, the laughter, and the people who came together to make it happen. Who knows when we will meet again to make magic right... So here’s a little quick ( but a lil long ) BTS I put together from a past project. Looking forward to more collaborations ahead in 2026!  It was a true honor to be part of this latest short film project — a collaboration between director Sean Baker @bakermovies and Michelle Yeoh @michelleyoeh_official . Shot entirely on iPhone in the vibrant heart of Penang, Malaysia, the film beautifully weaves together Malaysian cuisine, culture, and color across five distinct narrative dimensions.
 Collaborating with such a world-class international crew has been an absolute masterclass. Thank you to Hong Kiat Goh @hkiat for bringing me onto this project.
