Dear baseball,
Thank you for everything. From wiffle ball in the back yard, to coaches pitch, to my first minors game, to all stars and growing up with my cousin and friends working everyday to one day hopefully be state champions. When we first entered reds we got our butts kicked but we stayed together and finally saw what it meant to be a team in 2021 when Erik, Peter, Wenk and the team took us in and showed us how to lead and win a state title. In 2024 we won our own at home and it was the best feeling in the entire world. Thank you to my dad for all the work he put into this program and my entire baseball career. Big thanks to my dad, my family, post 44, and the teams throughout the years became my forever families and best friends. Ive learned a lot from this game as a player and a person and I will always cherish these moments. I love everyone who ever supported us and everyone who doubted us because it made it all the more better when we succeeded. Baseball, this isn’t goodbye, its a see you later. The boys play at 12 tomorrow against the winner of EUP Wood Ducks and the Soo Black Sox after losing to gaylord today. The winner of our game will play against Gaylord right after the game. Tune in on gamechanger tomorrow! #goblues🔵⚾️

If you knew him, you loved him. And that's how I'm choosing to remember you, dad. But as I'm sitting here going through pictures and trying to write something to say at your funeral, I can't help think of what life could've been like if you'd never gotten sick. I know you wouldn't want me to cry, be mad, or sad..but it's hard. Blake and I will try so hard to carry on your legacy and live everyday as you would've; full of love, hope, and happiness. I can't believe you're gone dad. I love you so much❤️go give heaven some hell
