This space, this community, this chapter of my life has been one of my favorite pieces of the last 8 years. I waked into @ritualsweatsociety about 8 yrs ago not knowing what I was walking into, I was fit( so I thought) it was Elise’s class and there were 30+ mostly women who I swore held down dog and plank for a half hour at time( and they loved it) I was falling all over the place, trying to keep up while being so entranced by the playlist. I had two thoughts leaving the studio, 1 I have to teach this here one day and 2 how can I get better. That’s where this relationship started and less than 3 yrs later I stepped into the biggest shoes ever teaching my first Tuesday night class. I’ve never lost the nervous excitement of teaching here and being your dj. I’ve made the best of friends and memories here, I’ve cried and laughed, listened and been heard. This community is truly what yoga is about we hold space for ourselves and each other every time we stepped inside and I’m forever grateful. Thank you to every single instructor, member and coworker for making me better in ways I can’t count. Big thanks to @tara_jae_11eleven for allowing me to use this space to create like it was my
home, I’ll never be able to express enough gratitude.

I love you all so much, we have Soo Soo many sweats, flows, and playlist ahead of us 🤞🏼🫶🏼

1,000 flows later, and saying goodbye to this space is so bittersweet. 🖤✨
I don’t even fully have the words for what Ritual Sweat Society has meant to me. It was never just a yoga studio—it’s been my sanctuary, my safe space, and the place that brought me back to myself and saved me when I needed it most.
Reaching class #1,000 makes this a heavy-hearted farewell as my journey here comes to an end, but I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect final chapter. Getting to flow side-by-side on the mat with my best friend, @tiffytavs for this last big milestone made it completely unforgettable.
I am endlessly grateful for every breath, every sweat, every instructor, and every soul I’ve shared space with here. Thank you to this incredible community for all the light and sanity over the years. Ritual will always hold a huge piece of my heart—here’s to taking everything it taught me onto the next mat. 🧘‍♀️🔥💫

Potentially the final baseball Reel of the year..

Ended with a .417 average with 6 doubles a home run and 10 RBIs. Not bad for being an old guy! Always a pleasure playing with my guys on the Islanders! Thanks for tuning in this season!

Played 6 Different Positions in 7 innings- Pitcher/Catcher/2nd base/1st base/Shortstop/Left Field. I get around 🤷‍♂️😂 tough L but nothing better than baseball with the boys!
