3 things your massage therapist wishes you knew about shoulder pain 👇

1️⃣ Most massage therapists work on the shoulder itself
2️⃣ But pec major, on the front of your chest, pulls the shoulder forward when it’s tight
3️⃣ Release that muscle and the shoulder often moves freely again — without ever touching the joint

Your shoulder might not be the problem. It might just be where you feel it.

Ever wonder why your massage therapist presses on one spot in your trap… and your whole shoulder twitches? 👀

That’s a trigger point release in the trapezius — and that twitch means it’s working.

📍 What’s happening: a tight knot in the trap muscle releases tension when direct pressure is applied

📍 Why it twitches: it’s a normal reflex response, not a bad sign

📍 What it does: helps restore blood flow and range of motion to the shoulder and neck

Feels intense in the moment, but most people feel looser within minutes. 💆‍♂️

If I fall, you finish the war.
If you fall, I burn the world.

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

There is a difference between friends and brothers.
Friends are formed by convenience.
Brothers are forged by blood, not family blood, but the blood, sweat, and tears of a shared purpose. Years out of sight. Years of suffering. Years in darkness, sharpening each other toward an impossible end.
We crossed oceans for this path.
Carried weight no one saw.
Stood side by side when doubt was louder than belief.
Now success appears inevitable.
But there was a season when they questioned.
A season when they doubted.
We knew the truth.

That is what separates friends from brothers.
And a brother I am blessed to say I have.

We’ve been doing this.
Midnight sessions. No bullshit. No hype. Just heartbeats, breath, and grit.
This isn’t some new routine, it’s who we are. Who we've been.
We don’t train for attention. We train because it’s the standard we live by.
We just never showed it before. Until now.

This is the number one strength and performance camp.
Two brothers sharpening each other in the dark.
Chasing greatness when no one’s watching.
And now… we’re letting you in.

Demigod Hours.
Welcome to the work behind the glory.

Blessed to close out 2024, another year of vitality, life, adventure and lots of competition. Lots of up and downs, people came and go, circumstances changed, pain was taken but i'm still here, and I'm better than I was in the beginning. Too many lessons to count, too many blessings to fade.

I love this life and the sacrifice required is but a small price to pay for my ambition to be quenched and my expression to be raw and exactly as I wish. I can't wait to show everyone what is to come in the new year and even past. Cheers to the greatness to come. 🥂

Once robed in opulence, blessed with divine grace, a soul untouched, stolen by a hound of hell, his shadowed companion, bound in the labyrinth. He wandered through illusion, reaching for hurt, summoning all that could wound and corrupt. A fallen star, singular and sacred, marked from birth.

Then a light split him, deep and true, a piercing flood of remembrance and fire. In its blaze, he turned his demons to dust, rose unchained from the cavern he had called his own. Freed at last, bearing wisdom carved by suffering, reborn through the death of all lesser bonds.

He rises, stripped and sovereign, knowing the weight of light, a tempered soul, neither holy nor broken, but whole. Above, the heavens hold their breath, not as they were, but as he now sees them, an endless realm within, pure and unyielding, where he and God meet, face to face, one breath, one heartbeat, eternal.
