I was blessed to attended again seminars at @kilostrengthsociety. There where two seminars packed with full of knowledge. ▪️Applied Technique Seminar: We covered all main lifts, went through a lot of different variations of assistance and remedial exercise and discussed their progression.
▪️Advanced Program Design Level 2: A ton of knowledge and practical information about program design. Optimizing long term periodization, selecting the right exercises, timing the specialty methods suited to the goal of the athletes and much more. A lot of information and I was able to deepen my knowledge.
I had again a great time in Huntington Beach, California with great people striving for more knowledge. Thank you @stephane.cazeault, @alexandra.bernardin and @kelsey.desanctis for making this possible.

This past weekend we held the first ASPD Level 2 Seminar with this amazing group of coaches. It felt like a big family reunion at KILO the last week. There was A LOT of content to cover in just two days and we got through it all along with quality questions, some good laughs and A LOT of coffee! Your trust in KILO for your continuing education means so much to us. Thank you for keeping our Strength Society strong 🙌 We’ve got the best lookin’ family around 😉

Nothing like split squats and leg curls to have a well-rounded lower body session 👌 At KILO, both of these exercises can be found in the “B Series”

To become the best you have to do whatever it takes and surround yourself with the right people. I am extremely impressed with this course so far and I have so many notes to go over 😱😳. My mind is blown 🤯. I am learning so many new things and definitely will be coming back for all of the courses. I am proud to say that I am doing all the right things and learning from the absolute best in @stephane.cazeault. I cant wait to come back.
