My Sunday morning.

The thing about being a vendor at a farmer’s market is getting to know the people behind the products.

Breakfast this morning includes a peach scone by @wildwillowbakeshopga (who also gave me some flowers from her garden).

The mug (full o’ coffee) and dish were made by @blazedclaypottery .

The flowers, grown by @melanies_garden

Let’s not forget honey from @smalltownhoneyco and organic homemade dog treats from @lucylumarket .

I have seen these ladies almost every Saturday for the last 3 years and have made some lasting friendships with some of them.

It feels really special to be a part of their world, not only in the quiet mornings surrounded by their art, but also as I meander through the years and dig into good friendships as I age.

Cheers to friendships, talented women who are the backbone of their families, and farmers markets. ☀️

(And, sorry Target 🎯I just don’t get the same feels from you. 😂)
