Known for his sharp ear, dynamic energy, and emotionally rich sets, he brings a distinct, eclectic sound that keeps dance floors electric and engaged. His sets are driven by a deep understanding of club culture, shaped by years of studying, dancing, and curating events that put music and movement at the center. It’s been a special and meaningful experience to watch Antonio help build and shape the current Chicago musical conversation with the work he’s done at Cara Cara Club, and the people he’s connected to through his djing, dancing, and lectures. Always one of the most infectious movers during our days at Danny’s his dancing was often a conduit for other folks to engage in the moment and let go. THE SUMMER ENDED WITH CHIAMI!˖ ݁♬⋆.˚𝄞 We needed to take a minute to thank everyone who came out, supported CHIAMI and #YOLO’d with us. Such a nice turn out despite the threat of some impending rain… which managed to hold off until the last 10 minutes of @blesstonio’s set, and y’all just danced even harder once it started 😝⚡️☮️💦🌴It was one. for. the mf. books.📸🧨 HUGEEE thanks to @heyvirago @quade and @blesstonio for bringing the perfect CHIAMI energy to the grassy dance floor at Palmer Square Park, our lovely vendors, anyone and everyone who helped with the setup and sound, everyone who donated, and of course to everyone who came and danced… SO MUCH LOVE!!! And this goes without saying, but we appreciate all of you that made this safe and fun for everyone. We all deserve spaces where we can freely exist and know that we have each other’s backs, and to keep spaces like this preserved: if something is seen, it must be said and accountability must be held. Point blank period. It’s easy enough in this scene for harmful behavior to dissipate in a haze of “bro codes” and embellished excuses. We owe it to each other to do our part and trust each other to not be complicit, on and off the dance floor. So thank you to everyone for looking out for each other, loving each other, dancing with each other, & Chiami-ing with each other!! ⋆ 𖤓 ⋆˚࿔ We had so much fun. Huge amounts love to be celebrated! Can’t wait to see what we put together next… and even though summer’s over, we’ve got so much goodness on the way. Catch @masteredkey debut at @smokeandmirrorschicago tomorrow 10/3 spinning 10-12! 😝🫦🤓🔐 & special thanks to @unlicensed_model_ for capturing the event so beautifully 📸
