AERIAL & DANCE PERFORMANCE COMPANY 👉🏼 @pfalondon 💋

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Dance is the hidden language of the soul, it allows you to express yourself in ways you can’t articulate into words.

And no matter what, its always about how the movement makes you feel, how it guides your emotions and those watching you.

And that’s exactly what happens when you take a class with Co-Owner @_sarahellendance - inhibitions are dropped and your soul takes over.

Check out a little teaser of her solo at our @blkstilettos show RISE, she brought us into our feels with this one for sure!

And do we dare say, we can’t wait to do this again, perhaps in October?!? (Hint Hint) 😘

Big shout out to @awkwardartscreative for these incredible videography skills.

When I think about things that make me abundantly happy, the first thing that appears in my mind with exclamation marks is dance.

I’ve always been able to dance my emotions, better than I’ve ever been able to articulate them.

Being on stage is one of those perks to being a dancer, the thrill of performing, the adrenaline rush before stepping into the lights, the joy of sharing your passion with a crowd of people.

How I miss choreographing, producing, directing and dancing in shows. I can’t wait until I can do it again, until I can feel this thrill again.

In the meantime I will continue dancing with my @pfalondon community and filling my cup with happiness at my studio.

Because we only get one chance at life, so we might as well do what sets our soul on fire.

Who remembers seeing these two baddies perform over two years ago at Cowboys!?!? ( @emsots and @lilheat )

With the vaccinations flowing and with a positive mindset, we are slowly and cautiously starting to think about performing again with @blkstilettos

Maybe it’s the sunshine, or maybe the delirium is finally sinking in, but we see bright stages filled with seas of crowds are in our future 🤩

This lockdown has us reminiscing HARD about the moments spent on stage!

Co-owner @kay_hamlyn coming at you with a little wisdom here:

Did you know, before we started @pfalondon, co-owner @_sarahellendance directed, choreographed, organized and often danced in 6 stage productions over the course of 2 years??

I still remember the moment that I realized she was choreographing all of these performances and was absolutely blown away with that level of creativity, commitment, motivation and pure passion for dance.

I am so humbled by her creativity everyday and I am so lucky to have found a business partner, dance partner and friend like her.

Counting down the days until we can make new memories on stage as the @blkstilettos

Help us reminisce this week by posting your favourite on stage moment - and tag us!!

I miss dance so much. I can’t wait to show this to Mish one day so she can see that her mom used to be cool 😂
