We are THRILLED to announce that we have not one but two incredible instructors joining us officially on the schedule in November! Please give them a warm PFA welcome 💕.

Meet Sarah @justsardevine

Dance has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember. She started her dance journey at just four years old and went on to become a classically trained dancer, exploring a variety of styles throughout her training. Sarah started competing at 8, which was when she developed a love for the stage! At 15, she was honoured to be selected for a Tap scholarship in Toronto, an incredible opportunity that further shaped her passion for performance. Five years ago, she discovered pole at PFA and absolutely fell in love! Since then, pole has become such a meaningful part of her life and story. Sarah competed at CPAC in 2024, where she won both Regionals and Nationals in the Floor Flow 1 category. Most recently, she competed with PSO and took home first place in the Sensual Level 2 category. In 2025, she also had the honour to perform at the St. John’s National Circus Festival in Newfoundland, where she got to meet some of the biggest names in the circus community and share the stage with an incredibly talented cast.

Her favourite styles of dance are Russian Exotic, Floor Flow, and chair. Sarah is always drawn to anything splitty, flowy, or clacky! Outside of the studio, she’s a corporate girly working in collections. When not working or dancing, you can probably find her at home with her fiancé and five cats. Sarah is so excited to step into this new chapter as an instructor and share her love of movement, creativity, and performance with everyone at the studio. She can’t wait to create, learn, and grow together!

Kerry Hishon is a lifelong performer, certified Hatha, Vinyasa, and children’s yoga instructor, and former competitive figure skater. She began her aerial journey in 2022 at the age of 39. Since then, s by @pfalondon

Traitors 😈.

But on a serious note - when we are overwhelmed, tired and experiencing all of the change that comes with busy seasons, sometimes our hobbies are the first thing we put on the back burner.

And sometimes those very hobbies are the thing that make the longest days feel less long, less lonely, and a little more doable when we have to wake up and do it all again tomorrow 🤪.

So don’t forget in the hustle and bustle of it all that your body deserves a space to move, dance, laugh, sweat and be with others 💕 .

✨IT’S SALE TIME!✨

Good morning from your new owners of PFA!

Had you told any one of the three of us as little girls with an extra passion for music and dance and campy shenanigans that one day we would have the opportunity to lead one of the most amazing communities there is - we simply wouldn’t have believed you.

And truly - we still can’t believe it.

Thank you to everyone who sent us kind words of support, encouragement and love. All of our hard work to get to this point felt so incredibly worthwhile yesterday hearing from so many of you. It’s been an honour for all of these years to teach you as instructors, dance alongside you as community members, and it will be an even bigger honour to embrace the community now as the new owners of PFA 🥺.

To our amazing and valued community, after much discussion, tears and laughter, we (Sarah @_sarahellendance & Kayla @dr.kay_fit ) are officially hanging up our PFA Owner heels.

This was not an easy decision but the last 7 years have been such an incredible journey. From the bubbling excitement we felt when we had our very first Open House in 2019, our yearly performances watching you shine, charity events and community gatherings, to our last Anniversary celebration in the studio, it’s been an honour to witness and facilitate it all.

We want you to know how much your support and loyalty has meant to us through the years.

We experienced a pandemic together, the birth of our children, the highs and lows of running a small business and we couldn’t be more grateful for those who stuck by us.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us grow and live out our dreams of opening a space that nurtures self expression, empowerment and artistic creativity.

The little girls in our hearts are so proud that we built a space that allows people to feel so much love, and we have all of you to thank for that…for believing in us.

BUT this is not the end, we are excited to announce your NEW Owners of PFA, Emily, Sarah F & Rachel.

3 women who have been apart of our community as students and as instructors, a full circle journey. We know that we are leaving PFA in such capable hands and we look forward to seeing how this community will continue to grow under their leadership.

This may be the end of an era for us but it is the beginning of a very special chapter for our new Owners and for PFA.

We love you all, thank you for everything and never stop moving!
