IOR recap!!

What a weekend at IOR! We had an awesome time racing Tempest II, our J/105. After a quick practice day Friday, we saw everything from light winds on Saturday to heavy breeze, rain, and choppy seas on Sunday!

We finished 4th out of 13 J/105s with 47 schools competing overall! Huge thanks to @stormtrysailclub for hosting at @larchmontyc !! So proud of this team and our performance, and grateful for such a fun weekend on the water. Already looking forward to the next one!

We had the pleasure to host @tennesseesailing for the Long Island Sound Intercollegiate Offshore Regatta. Watching this team of young racers go from never seeing Tenebrae to holding her down in gusts of 25 was an absolute pleasure. A big thank you to our safety officers, reps, @stormtrysailclub and @larchmontyc for putting on a fantastic event! We cannot wait for next year. Go Vols

This weekend the Rams made their way around the East Coast to compete. The first round of the Open Atlantic Coast Championship took place at the Naval Academy with little wind and a lot of rain. As well, the Offshore Team made their way to Long Island Sound to compete in the second regatta in the IOR series. Half way through the season and the Rams are going strong!
