Last weekend I had the privilege of spending time with the incredible @millimetres2mountains community during our first Together Outdoors Wellness Weekend. I’m so grateful to now be part of the programme as a beneficiary, surrounded by people who truly understand the power of connection, nature and recovery. From coaching circles and wellbeing sessions with @_the_anchors_coach_ and Katy, through walks, laughter and honest conversations to axe throwing, equine therapy, yoga with @_charlie_frenchie_ and UNO the weekend was a reminder that healing doesn’t happen alone. One thing that really stayed with me was M2M’s 4 pillars: 🙏🏻Purpose 💪🏼Perseverance 🏞️Perspective 🏔️Progress Thank you to everyone at M2M especially @loisjackson8 and @edjackson8 for creating such a supportive and inspiring space. Looking forward to what’s ahead, including Walk The Coast and more adventures together. #TogetherOutdoors #M2M #WellnessWeekend #Community #MentalHealth

One year on. Almost exactly one year after Liam experienced his stroke, he took part in the Brighton 10k💥 💥 💥 If that alone wasn’t enough, he also managed to complete it an hour faster than his target time. Skys the limit! We’re ready for it 🙌🏾 There’s still time to sponsor Liam, head to the link in our bio 💌 #YoungStrokeSurvivor #StrokeRecovery #NeuroRehab #Brighton10k #VimHealth
