Your mind, body, and spirit are always in conversation. 🤍

When one is struggling, the others feel it. When one begins to heal, the others can soften, strengthen, and respond. That’s why we believe you deserve care that sees the whole you.

Our newest blog post, “Total Wellness Under One Roof,“ brings together three trusted Fairfield County professionals who share that belief:

Mind: Cindy Serrano Wolfe, LPCA, of CSW Mental Health & Wellness offers compassionate support for stress, anxiety, and life transitions.

Body: Dr. Jennifer Jose Cappola of Ultimate Solutions Medical Spa helps you look and feel your best.

Spirit: Uzma Zakir, RPH, founder of Bloom Higher specializes in plant medicine and guided meditation.

Swipe through to see a peek of what’s inside… The post covers where mind, body and spirit are connected and how to care for your body with confidence rather than perfection. It also shares simple self-care you can start today, including a five minute breathing reset.

Part 2: Real talk about perimenopause and menopause. It isn’t something you have to “push through.“

How many doctors have you seen trying to figure out why you don’t feel like yourself? A second opinion, a 3rd, 4th… and a new prescription every time. Something for sleep. Something for anxiety. An antidepressant. Maybe even an ADHD diagnosis. And it goes on and on.

Dr Jen, Uzma and Cindy see week after week: women who’ve been misdiagnosed when the real issue is their hormones.

Start by getting your hormones checked with Dr Jen Jose Cappola at Ultimate Solutions Med Spa. Once she has checked your hormone levels, she uses bio identical hormone pellets that slowly release the right amount of hormones your body needs over the course of three months. Say goodbye to mood swings, night sweats, hot flashes, brain fog, low, libido, anxiety, and more! You’ll feel stable and steady again, and realize how much better life can be.

That’s exactly why Dr Jen, Cindy and Uzma make such an amazing team. Hormone balance for the body, talk therapy for the mind, and plant medicine for the soul, all under one roof.

Tired of being prescribed medication after medication and still not feeling right? Get your hormone levels checked with Dr. Jen at Ultimate Solutions Med Spa, book a session with Cindy at CSW Mental Health & Wellness, and explore plant medicine with Uzma at Bloom Higher for better sleep, mood and calm. DM us or tap the link in bio to take the first step.

Let’s talk about the hormones no one warned us about.

Hot flashes, sleepless nights, brain fog, mood swings, anxiety that seems to come out of nowhere… Sound familiar?

In part 1?of our conversation, Uzma Zakir, RPh, of Blue on Higher shares her personal experience with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy under the care of Dr Jen Jose Cappola at Ultimate Solutions Med Spa. What changed, what surprised her, and why she wishes more women knew their options sooner.

Cindy Serrano Wolfe of CSW MENTAL HEALTH and wellness brings the mental health side of the story. She sees firsthand how perimenopause, menopause, and hormone and imbalances affect moods, relationships, and quality of life. And yes, this isn’t just a women’s issue. Men experience hormone shifts too, and the effects are just as real.

This is the honest conversation so many need to hear.

Stay tuned tomorrow for part 2!

Thank you to everyone who made our event for Domestic Violence Awareness Month a huge success! Thank you to all who came to hear about signs of domestic violence, how and where to get help, and get how important it is to speak up and speak out!

A wonderful job done by our panel, Dr. Jen of @ultimatesolutionsmedicalspa, Uzma Zakir, RPh and Founder of Bloom Higher, Jane Allimant, LCSW, and owner of www.thenuturingsoul.com, who helped attendees recognize signs of domestic violence, how and where to get help, and how therapy, natural plant medicine and guided meditation can help those through trauma. Frank, our co-owner and retired New York City, Police Officer (who now runs our gym here at Anytime Fitness Stamford) shared how victims need to not be afraid to reach out to police and get help. And to our dear friend and author, Candice Morrow, who shared her memoir and signed her book, NOT ONE MORE DAY! A true survivor and inspiration to anyone enduring abuse and domestic violence! Candice walked through the darkest of times and has emerged stronger, fearless and a light to all who meet her!

If you missed the event and would like to purchase a copy of the book, please contact Frank or Dr Jen! It’s also available on Amazon and Spotify.

Thank you again to all who attended! We hope the evening educated as well as inspired you!
