Who said fitness can't be fun and funny?

It's great when your coaches can have a good time with one another and their clients. Flashback to when @ivanasfitness got the new do... that Toni Braxtonesque cut! She felt like a new person.

You know what will make you feel like a new person... joining @e2mfitness! Sign ups are open now.

Check these amazing results and undo the weight that you gained eating unhealthy foods with an inactive life.

You see these amazing people?

They all decided that they wanted to see a healthier version of themselves and so they put in the work to do so.

They all decided to be more active, eat better and do the things it takes to decrease or avoid being put on medications... to not feel tired and winded doing every day simple activities... to just truly like what they see in the mirror again.

These natural results are all billboard worthy and so in my own way I put em there.

So here are some of my fellow @e2mfitness E2M Personal Training fit fam. They'd all tell you that you should join too and take your health and wellness seriously. Find your why and just do it - be it a health concern, looking good for that high school/ college reunion, make him or her regret losing you lol.

Let me know if you need more info. The new round starts tomorrow. Sign ups are open through Wednesday but maybe Thursday. The program can be done from home and has various levels of exercises to help you accomplish your goals.

Now, this is the story all about how
My fitfam turned their life around!
Now, if you want to get healthier just like them...
Sign up for the next round of E2M.

Sign ups are now open for the best virtual fitness program out there. I'm a client who has had success but see the before and afters of so many others who have as well. No supplements, surgeries, or shakes. They did it the natural way.

Coach and founder Jeff Spoon @mrqueencity has put together a program that truly works. If you're trying to get healthier, why don't you give it a try! Come join and toss that extra weight and bad eating habits out like Uncle Phil tosses Jazz (Aaaaah!!!)

@e2mfitness check it out... you won't regret it.

Tomorrow sign ups begin for the next round of E2M. If you have questions I'll do my best to answer but you can also head over to E2M Personal Training on FB.

My offer still stands and I've had one potential taker. The program is $40 per week for 8 weeks and then free after that. If money is tight I want to help one more individual by taking care of one week's payment!

You are probably thinking... "Aight we've seen you and your wife. You shared a few other transformations this week. There can't be more, can there?" Oooh but there are!

Everyone pictured said yes feel free to share our results. We want others to get healthy right along with us.

Now watch this.... watch this...

This past week, our chapter president, Soror Lawrence, attended her first Grand Boulé to represent our Illustrious chapter. What a great experience and opportunity handling the business of Zeta!💙🕊
