so how does it start and how does it end? the final stages of piecing together the next record is now : as I align the order of songs, decipher the journey, describe the work and finally feel into how it will be experienced as you land the needle down on the record. it is in these moments that I untangle myself from the music, from the journey and say my goodbyes as it soon becomes yours and was also never mine to begin with. i believe there is power and a quiet magic in every stage of the journey, it is art as therapy and a psychodrama in the creation, so i take my time with it, i allow the music to whisper its intention to me and for some experiencing it along my side i know it must feel painfully slow. but my purpose here is to allow the art, the message and the music to grow into its own fruition and I am here, sharpening my sword, practicing the intention, waiting to harvest this labour of deep deep collectively grown love when it calls : I am ready : to be shared x

Last night we said goodbye to @weglimpse

I’m so proud to have been part of this collective for the last five years. From the Choose Love pop-up stores to releasing birdsong into the charts, building a people’s podium and designing an ad agency in service to nature… every project taught me that creativity and imagination are vital tools to shift culture and make change.

And, I got to meet so many wonderful people along the way. Thank you James and Zac for sparking the flames... what a journey!

As for now, I’m freelancing as a Creative Producer, working on projects with the amazing @tommyophoto and the newly formed Serious People (watch this space!) If you’d like to collaborate, send me a message! X

Loved working with @weglimpse and @purpose_disruptors to launch the Agency for Nature last month.

The first of it's kind, the Agency for Nature is a collobaration with the UKs top ad agencies, helping people fall in love with nature.

So many talented people came together for this project, keep you eyes peeled for Season 2.👀🌿

How often do you grab a coffee and just doomscroll? ☕️

Not here! Welcome to the ‘Slow Brew’, a micro-adventure hijacking people’s coffee breaks to reveal the wonder of nature in busy East London.

The Slow Brew experience was created by the awesome Lisa Aoyama (@blue_peas ) and Catarina Neves (@catarinasrneves), from @weareamplify Amplify, as part of Purpose Disruptors and @weglimpse Agency for Nature initiative.

The one-day-only experience saw coffee lovers in FWD coffee handed their own toolkit complete with a magnifying glass and bespoke map.

Moss arrows (slide 6) directed people to a secret location – the gorgeous, tucked away, Hoxton Trust community garden 10 mins down the road. The garden itself is a tranquil oasis, but adventurers were met with something extra fun – a moss bed (swipe to slide 2), to lie down, take a moment and appreciate nature, the sky, and the beautiful surroundings. ☁️

This campaign crucially, helps us recognise the need for nature in our lives. And helps us realise there are pockets of nature which are magical, awe-inspiring and wondrous even when in the heart of the hustle and bustle of city life,

How can we use creativity to be in service of life on earth?

Welcome to the pop-up Agency for Nature.

@weglimpse and @purpose_disruptors have collaborated to launch this first of its kind initiative. Bringing 10 creatives from 5 top agencies together to help young people fall back in love with nature.

We’re witnessing rising eco-anxiety, mental health crisis, spiraling climate breakdown and nature loss.

Our loss of connection to the natural world is a root cause of these problems.

In Britain, the situation is drastic - we rank bottom for nature connectedness in the UK - we’re more distracted and disconnected than ever.

To help turn the tide, the Agency for Nature is here to pivot the skills of some of the savviest storytellers around towards creating hype for a nature connected lifestyle.

We kicked off the launch with an immersive briefing in nature (of course), at Camley St Natural park in Kings Cross. Complete with an amazing nature-connection workshop from activist and author of Nature is a Human Right, Ellen Miles (@octaviachill) who founded @dreamgreen.earth.
