Yoga update! ✨

***tues/thurs sunrise is done for the season as of Oct. 1. join me Friday mornings at 7:30 am at access 5! more info in pinned post***

Nearly 100 yoga classes this summer on Topsail Island, NC… taught with this growing baby in my belly! 💛

Each class was filled with its own little bits of magic. Sharing this joy with so many of you, hearing countless pieces of wisdom, and feeling so loved & supported in this new chapter. It wasn’t always pretty & perfect. The intense nausea in May & June. The heat of July & August. But we did it & it was amazing.

Looking ahead this fall, I’m still teaching Tuesday/Thursday sunrise yoga until it gets too cold (TBD). And I have a few fun pop-ups planned for October weekends! The last yoga night @bluegracias for the season is on the calendar for next week! If the interest is there, we can definitely put more Thursdays nights on the books for the fall. Come to class next week and let us know 😘

Many of you have asked about my schedule next summer!!!

-> Topsail Island Yoga will live on & not much will change in terms of the class schedule, May-September! Graham will totally crush morning baby duty a few days a week… right?!!

I’m also so SO excited to be embarking on my prenatal yoga certification & looking forward to offering both prenatal AND baby & me yoga classes!!! Stay tuned….

If you’d like to book a group or individual private session or event… as always, reach out & I’ll get you on my calendar. marissa@topsailislandyoga.com

Thank you for doing yoga with me (us!) this summer.

Why just board your dog when they can come back for a training refresher too?

Betty was back for a Board & Review, one of my favorite options for dogs who have already completed training with us.

Board & Review dogs don’t just hang out while their owners are away. They get worked right back into the training schedule to brush up on obedience, reinforce structure and manners, and sharpen all those skills they’ve already learned.

Think of it as a little tune-up while you’re out of town.

✅ Structured days
✅ Training refreshers
✅ Obedience practice
✅ Continued accountability
✅ Peace of mind while you’re away

If your dog is a previous training graduate and you have travel coming up, skip traditional boarding and make their stay count.

Message me to ask about Board & Review availability!

✨ WHERE TO FIND SALTWICK ✨

SaltWick is popping up all along the coast, and we couldn’t be more excited. 🧜‍♀️🌊

Swipe through to see all of the amazing local shops + small businesses where you can find SaltWick Candles in person. 🤍

One of my favorite parts of growing SaltWick has been getting to partner with other small businesses in our coastal communities. Every candle you grab from one of these shops supports two small businesses at once — and that means more than you know.

📍 Swipe through to find a SaltWick retailer near you
🛍️ Stop in, shop local + smell your favorites
🕯️ Find your signature Salty scent

And if you own a boutique, gift shop, salon, market or other retail space and think SaltWick belongs on your shelves…

Are you ready to SaltWick? 🌊
Send us a DM for wholesale information!

Thank you to every single one of our wholesale partners for giving SaltWick a little piece of your shelves. 🤍

Sometimes you live in a beautiful place, but stop taking the time to enjoy it. On Friday we went for coffee @diversurfcity & ended up playing tourist for the day ☀️ Bought beautiful linens @bluegracias , went for a swim and took a few photos at our favorite beach at @serenitypoint and ended with our favorite new breakfast / lunch / margarita 🍹 spot @thepatioatthesurf -which you have to try if you haven’t yet!

It was the perfect date day. We finally gave ourselves the chance to slow down and remember why we both work so hard for the life we built together 💕

Have you ever driven right past this little Topsail Island spot without realizing what was inside? 👀🌊

📍 Blue Gracias | Topsail Beach, NC

This is exactly the kind of place I created Ashley Approved to share — the locally owned, slightly off-the-beaten-path places you might not know about unless someone tells you.

Blue Gracias is an open-air art market filled with original artwork, clothing, jewelry and one-of-a-kind coastal finds. 🎨🐟🌊 And honestly, the space itself is part of the experience — colorful, creative, a little unexpected and SO Topsail.

If you’re vacationing on Topsail Island (or you’ve lived here forever 🙋🏼‍♀️), add this one to your list.

QUESTION: Have you been inside Blue Gracias before — or have you driven past it and always wondered what it was? 😂👇

Save this for your next Topsail Island day + follow Ashley Approved for more local finds around Topsail, Surf City & Wilmington. 🤍
