Yesterday, I competed in my 3rd bodybuilding show and this prep was different from all the others for sure! I’m proud of the package I brought to this stage. There are levels to this and it was an honor to stand next to every woman on that stage. We all sacrificed, worked, pushed, and fought to earn that moment.
Now, the after-show thoughts…
My goal was to beat my last stage debut and I DID THAT!
And now we go back to work. Because we got the job done, but we are not finished.

@tkcoaching_ Trey: Thank you for being an AMAZING coach. Your support, guidance, leadership, and precision throughout this prep were unmatched. Your plan was tailored specifically to me and my body responded exactly how we needed it to. There were moments I doubted myself, and you reminded me that I was exactly where I needed to be. Finish the job. Empty the tank. We did just that. Thank you for believing in me and pushing me through.
@bands_with_can Candance: When I started Bands W/ Can, I knew I was in the right place to grow and I gained so much more than that. I gained a friend and an entire community of strong, supportive women. Thank you for your love, encouragement, and support.
@ittybitty_boss @blueprint_posing Raven: My story can never be told without you. Thank you for rearranging your own schedule, especially while you were on prep too, so we could get those sessions in. I truly would not have been able to showcase this physique the way I did without Blueprint Posing in the mix.

Inspire 🔁 Be inspired 🥹🦋

My favorite thing about being a posing coach is helping women build, believe, and become a version of themselves that isn’t afraid to take up space.

Surviving bodybuilding prep requires discipline and resilience — BUT POSING?! That requires vulnerability, patience, and a willingness to trust your coach, yourself, and the process.

Because learning to pose isn’t just learning how to stand on stage. It’s learning to be seen. And watching that confidence unfold will never get old.

1st Annual Beyond Posing Clinic 🏆
What a day!

I’m grateful to NFF for collaborating with me and helping create a space where athletes could learn, ask questions, sharpen their presentation, and grow beyond just the physical side of competing.

A huge thank you to Infinity Fitness Solutions for opening the doors and giving us a home to bring this vision to life.

And to every Pro, coach, judge, and special guest who showed up and poured into the athletes…thank you for giving your time, knowledge, experience, and perspective. That kind of access matters, and I don’t take it lightly.

Most importantly, thank you to every participant who came ready to learn, practice, be coached, and step outside of their comfort zone. You brought the energy that made the clinic what it was.

This was bigger than posing. It was about community, confidence, education, and helping the sport grow beyond the stage!

Beyond Posing…That was the goal!

What in the wellness is going on ?! Let’s talk criteria.

Sharing my thoughts, judges feedback and how I’m recovering from my last show.

There were discrepancies surrounding this show that raised legitimate questions for me about the consistency of the judging criteria and whether the standards we are told to prepare for are being objectively evaluated.

My reservations about the judging process are not a dismissal of the other competitors, nor am I taking anything away from them to advocate for myself.

It’s about asking for a process that athletes should be able to trust, learn and grow from.

I hold myself to the same standard of accountability that I expect from the sport I compete in.

Moving forward I’m going to keep grinding, improving and leading with my head up - heels high & allow my work to speak for itself. #nocrumbs

JULY = 3 PEAKS + 1 GOAL #NOCRUMBS

This is the first and the LAST time I’ll ever do 3 back-to-back peak weeks lol 🤣

BUT I accomplished what I set out do :

💜 Compete in the Red River Classic (finally) ✅

♥️ Make my Pro debut in OCB ✅

🩷 Defend my title at The Diva Houston ✅

More importantly, at each show I took the judges’ feedback back to the lab and made adjustments to be sure that I bring a stronger package each time.

My goal has never been to be the “best” because that means I’ve put a cap on my potential.

My goal is to get BETTER every single time I step on stage.

So regardless of the placement…. I can walk away with my head up & heels high - knowing I raised my own standard.

3 PEAKS. 3 OPPORTUNITIES. 0 CRUMBS ✅

& Still building…still believing…still becoming 🦋
