Farewell to my friend, my Father, my Dad. He gave me his cool, his gift in community building, zest for life and adventure. And although I've cried more than I ever have; the ingredients of my tears are as much in celebration as they are in grief.

I already miss my Dad. But I understand that if I'm here, he's here. Our vessels are designed to leave but our energy isn't.

If you're processing grief, please know that it's love's receipt. And that it can motivate your loved one's legacy if you let it.
