When incredible people come together...

for something bigger than themselves, something truly magical happens! ❤️

Pink Apron was an unforgettable evening filled with love, generosity, meaningful connections, and so much incredible energy!

We are beyond grateful to everyone who came together to make this night so special. People from all walks of life united for one purpose, to celebrate life and make a difference in the fight against cancer.

Together, we raised thousands of dollars for the American Cancer Society, kicking off the Men Wear Pink campaign in honor of Aunt Mary, whose life and legacy inspired this beautiful evening. ❤️

A huge thank you to our incredible sponsors, restaurants, chefs, beverage partners, and everyone who helped bring Pink Apron to life. And a special thank you to Lauren Backe for her incredible dedication in making this all happen!

This is just the beginning! This is the first of many posts celebrating Pink Apron. We'll be sharing more beautiful moments, unforgettable memories, and special recognition for all the amazing sponsors and partners who made this possible.

When we come together with love and purpose, we can truly make a difference. ❤️

What if the most valuable opportunities in your life and business weren't left to chance? What if you could actually engineer serendipity?

On October 20, we're bringing a very special conversation to EO Silicon Valley.

@bmathew7, founder of Orion3 in Chicago, is joining us for an exclusive fireside chat on Engineering Serendipity: The Art of Creating Connections That Change Everything.

Benny built Orion3 around a fascinating philosophy called Creating Conscious Serendipity®️, the idea that extraordinary relationships, opportunities, and experiences can be intentionally created rather than left to chance.

And the results speak for themselves.

In just five years, Orion3 has grown from fewer than 40 members to 238, increased its annual Core Membership 4x, and achieved an incredible 97% renewal rate.

But this conversation goes far beyond membership, networking, or community building.

It's about understanding why certain people, relationships, and experiences create extraordinary value, and how entrepreneurs can intentionally create those same conditions within their businesses and personal lives.

Imagine what could happen if you could engineer the right connections, with the right people, at the right time.

This is an opportunity to hear the philosophy, strategies, and real experiences behind a community that people genuinely don't want to leave.

And perhaps the most interesting part? You never know who you'll meet or what opportunities might come from being in this room.

That's the beauty of serendipity.

October 20, 2026
4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Treehouse Hotel Silicon Valley
Sunnyvale, California

Open to EO Silicon Valley members.

Come curious. Leave connected. And maybe experience a little conscious serendipity yourself.

We hope you'll join us!

What makes people stay?

In 2021, @bmathew7 launched Orion3 with fewer than 40 members at $250/year.

Today, it has 238 members, $1,200 annual Core Membership, and a 97% renewal rate.

That’s not just a growth story. It’s a retention story.

Join us for an engaging fireside chat with Benny as he shares the lessons behind building a community people value enough to stay, renew, and miss when they’re away.

We’ll explore:
- How to attract the right people
- How to create value people can actually feel
- How to raise prices without losing members
- How to build recurring revenue
- What makes a community truly sticky
- How these principles apply to your team, customers, and business

A little pink, a lot of heart!

A huge thank you to our Men Wear Pink ambassador @bmathew7 for putting on Pink Apron event last week 💗

From bringing people together over great food and drinks to raising funds for an important cause, Benny is an amazing example on how our ambassadors are turning their passions into impact this Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

We’re grateful to Benny and everyone who came out to support the event and the @americancancersociety mission to help people facing breast cancer. Thanks to all for helping us make a difference!

Sold to new collectors with 100% proceeds benefitting the @americancancersociety at @experiencemintaka’s event last week at @cityhallchicagoevents. Favorite part for me is it was chosen by an amazing couple for their home. 🩷

Thank you for having me and my #heARTwork for such a lovely event, @bmathew7! Congrats on the success and wish you the best with this new venture.

House music didn’t need a club.

Maybe it just needed the right setting.

Where should we take it next?

Muscle mass is your 401(k). And the time to invest is before you need it.

After 40, strength training isn’t just about looking stronger.

It’s an investment in how well your body ages.

Muscle helps support:
• Metabolic health
• Physical strength and independence
• Bone health
• Your amino acid reserves
• Resilience when your body is under stress or illness

Think of it like retirement savings: you don’t wait until retirement to start investing.

The same applies to muscle.

The more muscle you maintain as you age, the more physical reserve you have to draw from when your body needs it most.

Start investing now - with resistance training, adequate protein, and consistent movement.

Your future self will thank you.

Comment MUSCLE if you want to know how to build and preserve muscle as you age.

Your anxiety might not be anxiety. It might be your hormones.

Perimenopause is often misdiagnosed as anxiety disorder, depression, or a mental health crisis. But the real culprit? Hormonal shifts in your mid-30s and early 40s.

If you're experiencing:

1. Mood changes tied to your cycle
Insomnia and fatigue
2. Irritability and anxiety that comes and goes
3. Body aches, inflammation, weight gain
4. PMS that feels worse than before

...you're not losing your mind. Your hormones are changing.

Here's what most doctors miss: they treat the symptoms as mental health issues instead of investigating the hormonal root cause.

Women end up on antidepressants when they actually need hormone testing and hormone support.

The question to ask your doctor: "Have we tested my hormones?"

If anxiety, depression, or mood changes follow your cycle, hormone testing isn't optional-it's essential.
