2015 — VIBEUP BEGINS | VIBEUP didn’t start as a company or as an intention to be a business. It became that to offer structure and participate in this world we’ve created. It started as a feeling—

A community gathering for a common purpose: connecting around deeper questions about health, consciousness, connection, and purpose itself.

The first gatherings were simple. Silent sunrise meditation sails on Lake Michigan. We felt the experience “raised our vibration”, and it was born from within us.

It evolved personally and organically as— Events. Conversations. Communities forming around shared curiosity about how to live more intentionally. Together.

And something powerful happened very quickly.

People wanted this.

Because the movement already existed. Within us all.

What didn’t exist yet was the infrastructure to support it. We realized—

We all live in the same area, go to the same yoga and fitness studios, healthy cafes, and want more “mindful socials” — but the only opportunity to connect with this disconnected tribe was in the locker rooms or elevators. There was no intentionally cultivate space for mindful connection socially.

What happened next was an absolutely organic exponential growth experience — the community, teachers, sponsors, venues, attendees, revenue grew month after month and doubled year over year, expanding into residential and corporate wellness community management, retreats and more. Thank you to all the team, partners, friends, blood and soul family, and community for your addition + contributions + collaboration along the way — it wouldn’t be without you.

Without realizing it at the time, the foundation of what would become VIBEUP had begun its co-creation, and our small part of the global cultural movement into “Social Wellness” started building momentum on its own… I’m excited to share what is being asked to come forth next.

🌟Thought of the evening🌟
Do NOT lower your EXPECTATIONS to meet your per PERFORMANCE.
Raise your level of performance to meet your EXPECTATIONS.
Expect the best of yourself, and then do what is NECESSARY to make it a REALITY.
📢 Word to the Wise🎧 💥 “It's not the load that breaks you down, it's the way you carry it.” 〰 💡 If you take responsibility and blame yourself, you have the power to change things. But if you put responsibility on someone else, then you are giving them the power to decide your fate.” One body. One mind. One heart to be true too...Take responsibility & create your fate!
