BIG NEWS! A partnership with PURPOSE! 🤎🎓

Motherhood should never be a barrier to earning a degree, and no student mother should have to choose between providing essentials for her child and investing in her future.

We are excited to announce that The Bawse Mom Experience, Inc. has officially partnered with Mimi’s Pantry @mimispantryauc_ , an initiative of the Lowery Institute @loweryinstitute , serving students across the Atlanta University Center (AUC)! 🎉

Through this partnership, we will help provide much-needed essentials for student mothers, including diapers, baby care products, feminine hygiene products, self-care essentials, and more.

Because we understand that sometimes the barriers to completing a degree aren’t just academic. Sometimes it’s the cost of diapers, the everyday necessities, or simply not having access to the resources needed to keep going.

Our goal is simple: Help remove those barriers so student mothers can focus on completing their degrees while caring for their families.

A special THANK YOU to the Pantry Manager Asha Palmer @ashamarcia for helping us bring this partnership across the finish line! Your collaboration and commitment to serving students mean so much. 🤎

NOW, WE NEED OUR COMMUNITY! 📣

We’re calling on individuals, businesses, organizations, and community partners to help us stock the pantry with essentials specifically for student mothers!

🛍️ Donate essential items: Diapers, wipes, baby products, personal care items, and more.

💰 Make a monetary donation: Your financial support will help us purchase and provide essential resources for student mothers.

🫶🏾Become a community partner: Help us create a sustainable pipeline of support for moms pursuing higher education.

Want to make an impact? Comment “YARD” below or send us a DM to learn how you can contribute!

When we invest in a student mother, we’re investing in her education, her family, and the generations that follow. 🤎

She’s in the lecture hall AND the pickup line. 📚🍼

Introducing Bawse Mom on the Yard, our newest initiative under our non-profit @bmexperienceinc for moms of color finishing their degree or finally going back to get it, who primarily attend, but not limited to HBCUs and MSIs.

Here’s why we’re showing up:
✨ More than half of all student parents are students of color
✨ 1 in 3 Black women in college is a single mom
✨ Student parents are 2x more likely to leave college before graduating

And her grades aren’t why she leaves. Student parents often earn higher GPAs than their classmates. What she’s missing is a support system built with her in mind.

That’s where we come in. Community. Resources. Real support, so she can walk across that stage with her babies cheering her on. 🎓

💛 Help us get her there. Comment YARD and we will send the link to your DM. Every gift goes directly toward keeping moms enrolled and on track to graduation.

👀 Partner schools and scholarship details are coming soon. Turn on post notifications so you don’t miss the announcement.

Feeding Dreams. Fueling Futures. 🤎

At The Bawse Mom Movement, giving back is at the heart of who we are. That commitment inspired us to establish The Bawse Mom Experience, Inc. @bmexperienceinc our nonprofit dedicated to providing programs, resources, and meaningful support to moms and families in our community.

As Atlanta families prepared to send their children back to school, we had the opportunity to volunteer at the @aeblhoops Back-to-School Event. Seeing the children’s faces light up as they selected their book bags and school supplies was a beautiful reminder of what it means to have a village cheering you on. 💛

Are you a mom who believes in pouring into your community? Comment VOLUNTEER to join our volunteer pipeline and learn about our two service programs: Bawse Moms Give and Bawse Moms Raising Givers, which allows moms to serve alongside their families.

Today our nonprofit @bmexperienceinc had the opportunity to serve at the @aeblhoops Back to School Event in collaboration with other organizations like @themillennialmommiesclub and @dearfosterme held at KIPP Atlanta Collegiate.

Our Bawse Moms Serve imitative allows moms in the metro Atlanta area to show up for the community that has either raised us or has become home for a while. We enjoyed ourselves in helping prepare the babies for the upcoming school year with supplies, giveaways, haircuts, fun activities like face painting and community support!

Want to join our Bawse Moms Serve pipeline and take part in the next event? Comment SERVE and we’ll DM you the link🤎🩷

Being a mom doesn’t stop your desire to make a difference, it just gives it a deeper purpose. 🤎

We’re looking for moms who believe in showing up for their community, lending a helping hand, and creating the kind of world we want our children to grow up in.

Through our nonprofit, The Bawse Mom Experience, Inc., we’ve created two volunteer initiatives:
✨ Bawse Moms Serve – for moms who are passionate about giving back.
✨ Bawse Moms Raising Givers – for moms who want to teach their children the power of service alongside them.

Atlanta is where the Bawse Mom community was born, and serving this city will always be part of who we are.

If you’ve been looking for a way to connect with other purpose-driven moms while making a real impact, this is your sign.
