My face at the end 🤣🤣🤣

I can’t tell you how much I needed this 🥹🤌🏼

I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. My hair has also been in beautiful condition since. But more than anything it was soooo relaxing and I genuinely felt like a new person leaving.

If you have a busy Mum in your life. She needs this.

Jenny has 15% off at the moment… run don’t walk👀☺️

Choose You.

Imagine you had 10 minutes left. Not a lifetime, just 10 minutes.

Would you think, I lived this fully? Or would the regrets come first, the things unsaid, the love you held back, the version of you that stayed small because it felt safer?

Here’s the truth: you don’t need 10 minutes to know the answer. You already feel it.

That feeling, that’s your invitation to edit.

Not your whole life overnight. Just the next chapter. A little more self-love. A little more grace, for yourself and for the people around you. A little more courage to add value, to your own life, and to theirs.

Life Edits™ is exactly that, six weeks to rewrite the parts of your story that no longer serve you. To fall in love with who you are becoming. To stop waiting for permission to live fully.

You are not broken. You are becoming.

🎤 MEET TONY CARR… YOUR NEXT EDMONTON HEAT ACT! 🔥

Tony is bringing old-school one-liner energy to the Are You Funny? stage, and he’s got the scars to prove it.

A mature comic with a sharp eye for the ridiculous and a style built around quick, clean punchlines, Tony knows how to get in, land the joke and get straight back out before you’ve even recovered. 😂

And he’s no stranger to pressure.

He’s survived gong shows at The Comedy Store, Up The Creek and Big Belly Comedy Club more than once… which tells you everything you need to know about his nerve. 👀

No long speeches. No messing about.

Just experience, timing and punchlines that have been battle-tested in some seriously unforgiving rooms.

📅 Friday 18th September
📍 Edmonton Sports & Social Club, N9 9HL

Games. Jokes. Drinks. Audience voting. Eight comedians competing for their place in the Grand Final.

🎟️ Tickets available now. Link in bio.

Proof that some jokes don’t get old… they just get better. 😏

Plot twist: confidence doesn’t wait for the “right” body, the “right” age, or the “right” backdrop (although a friend’s garden and Hampstead Heath really did me a favour 🌿🌳).

I used to think I’d feel confident once I looked a certain way. Turns out it works the other way round, you just… decide. You put the outfit on. You sit in the ridiculous egg chair. You wander round the Heath like you own it. And somehow the feeling catches up.

So here’s me, in my early 60s, un-Photoshopped, un-bothered, having an absolute moment between a garden and a park. No permission needed.

You are not broken. You are becoming, and apparently becoming looks great in good light and even better company.

Who else needs this reminder today? 👇

New photos, same mission. 📸

Huge thanks to @nux.photography for capturing not just an image, but me, the coach, the survivor, the woman still becoming. This shoot felt different because it wasn’t about looking a certain way, it was about being seen.

You are not broken. You are becoming. 🤍

What a night. 🥂

Last night’s Woman with Flavour supper club reminded me exactly why I started this, women showing up as themselves, sharing food, stories, and real connection around the table. No small talk, no masks. Just flavour, in every sense.

If you felt the pull watching this from the outside, you don’t have to wait long. Woman with Flavour: The Gathering is coming in January 2027, the next chapter of this, bigger, but still built on the same thing: real women, real connection.

Want in? Drop a 💜 below or DM me.
