My transformation…..I am the blueprint , swipe left to see difference🤞🏾

239 lbs. ➡️ 184 lbs.

Almost 30% body fat ➡️ 9% body fat.

Everyone talks about the weight I lost.

Nobody talks about the nights I wanted to quit.
The cravings I had to fight.
The sacrifices I had to make.
The habits I had to break.

For 8 months, my life revolved around 3 things:

✝️ God
💪 Gym
👨‍👩‍👦 Family

I quit alcohol.
I quit smoking.
I stopped using food as comfort and started using it as fuel.

The craziest part?

I didn’t just lose 55 lbs. I found discipline.

Fitness has a way of exposing who you really are. Every workout, every meal, every choice is a battle between the person you are and the person you want to become.

This journey taught me that we’re capable of so much more than we think.

The body transformed because the mind transformed first.🤧
Big thanks to my fitness coach @bobbyok_

It’s Friday and man I felt the whole week today. I came in thinking I was going to take it easy. But as soon as I walked in @tentenbodyclub the energy from the coach @bobbyok_ and @alex.fit_sxm changed everything. I ended up feeling great and that push-up finishing exercise had us all pumped. This is the uncut version by the way… we lost count after 300 push-ups 😂. Iron sharpening iron. From one coach to another respect ✊🏾
