Adopted!!!! Meet foster pup/ Cream! 🐾
This sweet little Chihuahua mix is under 3 months old, with soft cream-colored ears, big brown eyes, and the gentlest personality. He was found as a stray somewhere in West Virginia. Since then he’s been growing up in my foster home, where he cuddles, plays with his rope toys, and charms everyone he meets.
Now Cream is ready to meet his forever family. 💛

Meet Elvis! 🎸🐾 (brindle 3 mos pup)- His brother/ Jimi/ blonde is getting adopted today! Yeah.

Elvis is one of our “rock band” pups, a litter found living in the woods. It took time and patience for these little ones to trust people enough to accept the rescue they needed, and Elvis has come such a long way. He’s still a bit shy, but he’s warming up to touch and affection more every day. He has a great appetite and learned “sit” in no time. He’s now sleeping through the night in his crate. Great with people, exposed to our cat and resident older dogs.

Fair warning: Elvis needs some extra attention. This little rock star can clear a puppy gate in a single leap, so he’ll need a family ready to put in some patient training with lots of love.

Elvis is ready for adoption this weekend. If you’re not afraid to invest in a pup who will give back tenfold, he’s waiting for you. With the right person to trust and guide him, he’s going to be even more amazing.

Ready to rock and roll? Come dance with Elvis! 💛 He will be at LDLC event this weekend with his liter mates. https://www.lostdogrescue.org/event/7-corners-petsmart-adoption-event-2026-10-03/

Somewhere between lax fields and race courses, we found our way back to the lake this summer and hope to be back again! Good stuff- new boat, triathlon : 4th celebration ; cycling miles, and family/ friends. Easy lake living!

Pro Road Nats TT is on the horizon — and @bodengentile wasn’t going to leave anything to chance.

Saddle discomfort at this level isn’t just uncomfortable. It’s a liability.

So we went deep. Position analysis, pelvic stability under load, soft tissue mechanics, contact point pressure… no stone unturned, because when you’re racing at this level, every detail either costs you or buys you time.

This is the kind of fit that takes as long as it takes. Because some goals demand that level of precision.

Honored to be part of the journey. 🤝

Love Boden’s bike fit. Near perfect knee tracking over the pedals, hips solid in the saddle, relaxed upper body through the arms. Not overly narrow handlebar. I rate it #glazing

Two weeks in a row I’ve seen this triathlete shatter the 1/2/3 field. Put some respect on it. Boden Gentile🫡😤

Your winning break is GONE. UMD was close on making the bridge

Boden stringing out the field late in the race just like he did in UMD last week. This set up the attack from Zach that resulted in the break of three that went to the line
